Abstract

The concept of poverty alleviation is not solely a matter for government but has become the responsibility of the congregation. Action against poverty is jihad in the path of Allah Swt. It seems Empowerment Center has changed the pattern of relations between officials at the village level or the district, employers, the profession with the congregation in the mosque which was originally a pattern of relationships out sider in-sider, different interests, patterns of kinship, common interest to transform the society into a prosperous self-sufficient. Through Empowerment Center of the mosque, it is expected that a number of poor families successfully assisted to the strengthening of entrepreneurship and access to capital through the funds of the mosque, funds Lakzis, BMT, and the bank of SMES with a system of joint responsibility. Another positive thing happens with the optimal the Mosque based Empowerment Center  is increasing the confidence of isoleted society. They have friends from diverse elements of the good academics, the professions, local officials and local leaders are easily accessible and are invited to the discussion. Based on that, then there are three problems that become the basic study in this study, namely: first, how is the strategy of Empowerment Center in conducting empowerment in the community?, second what are the contributions of Empowerment Center of the mosque and the third, what became the Empowerment Center of the mosque “Miftahul Hidayah” selected to be Posdaya National referral 2016 ?The theory of Empowerment that is worn according to the meaning in language is a process, a way, the deeds make the helpless, namely the ability to do something or ability to act in the form of common sense, endeavor or effort, community is the unity of human life that interact according to a system of certain mores that are continuous, and which is bound by a sense of shared identity, in some of the studies regarding the construction of community, community empowerment is often interpreted as an attempt to give power so their voices heard in order to contribute to the planning and decisions that affect their community, community empowerment can be interpreted as an attempt to restore or improve the ability of a community to be able to do in accordance with the dignity in implementing their rights and responsibilities as members of the community.

Abstract

This writing is trying to analyze the effort of strengthening and internalizing the students’ Islamic characteristics through their pocket book. Based on the research data, MTsN Sumber Bungur pamekasan did a concrete way to strengthen the students’ Islamic characteristics by integrating them in every aspect of the lesson. Besides, there is also an effort to internalize the maslahah concept in the application of students’ rule that can be seen from violation clarification and also the punishment which categorized into serious, medium, and small violation. The application of violation clarification and punishment category given is a concept of Maslahah and practical guidance. In the context of maslahah, serious, medium, small violation can be suited into dharurah, hajiyah and tahsiniyah.  The concept of strengthening the students’ Islamic characteristics through the students’ pocket book in MTsN Sumber Bungur Pamekasan has done by giving punishment in the form of giving point from 0- 100 by giving violation clarification to serious, medium and small violation. The internalization of Maslahah concept through the students pocket book in order to strengthen the students’ Islamic characteristics in MTsN Sumber Bungur Pamekasan is the application of Maslahah Dharuriyah, Maslahah Hajiyah and Maslahah Tahsiniyah which in practice it belongs to serious, medium, and small violation which oriented on the effort to bring goodness, peaceful, comfortable situation appropriate with the Sharia.

Abstract

Taqnin or known as legislation is a group of regulations with binding characteristic. Practically, the concept of Taqnin talks more about the substantial or formalization aspect so that it becomes the reason of the emergence of the debate on Taqnin or legislation in Islam in the context of Shari’a. Indonesia with Pancasila as an ideology  has different characteristic with other majority moslems countries, although the majority of  indonesians are Moslems. The ideology of the country is not shari’a but Pancasila. Therefore, there is a debate on groups about the islamic law of legislation between formalistic-normative group and substantivistic- cultural group.

Abstract

In Indonesian society today, binary options have emerged as a new trend that has attracted public attention., as the platform is seen as a quick means of gaining profits. However, the lack of public understanding of the concept and mechanism of such trading is believed to lead to more gambling. This is evidenced by the binary option transaction system which is more similar to a zero-sum game, as well as the results of profits obtained solely based on predictions of the rise and fall of an asset, without having to own the asset being traded. This study aims to analyze the status of binary options as a legitimate investment or even as prohibited gambling from the perspective of maqashid syariah. The method in this study uses a qualitative approach derived from secondary data. The data collection technique used is library research with data analysis techniques are content analysis and induction. The findings of this study are that binary option trading does not meet the characteristics of investment in Islam and contains elements of maysir (speculation) and gharar (uncertainty) which are explicitly prohibited in Islam. So this activity can be categorized as more similar to gambling. From a maqashid perspective, it can be categorized as practices that are contrary to the principle of hifdz al-mal (protection of wealth) which can threaten the benefit and blessing of wealth. Therefore, this study recommends sharia-based education to help people choose the type of investment that is legal, and in accordance with Islamic principles.
