Abstract

Abstract: Business competition in the service sector is known to market needs and wants to make businesses superior, such as the many facilities used have advantages that are different from other expeditions and speed up estimated delivery. J&T Express is a new company that uses IT in offering its services, in the form of picking up goods, so that customers do not come to the J&T office, by collecting data, information on the goods sent will reach the intended recipient, and customer information data will also be safe. Customers can also track package flow by using package tracking prepared by online-based J&T to know the position and flow of packages, so that delivery schedules can arrive on time. shipping data and checking postage, J&T Express has its own system called JTS for desktop applications and JMS for Web applications. Currently, J&T Express CP Arvino Hessa does not yet have data collection on packages that failed to send or were rejected by the recipient, which causes the search for packages that fail to send will take a long time because there is no information explaining whether the package sought has been taken by the sender or not. An alternative computerized system to get around the preparation of accurate data and has a guaranteed level of security Keywords: Application; J&T; Web.  Abstrak: Persaingan usaha di bidang jasa diketahui kebutuhan dan keinginan pasar menjadikan usaha menjadi unggul, Seperti banyaknya fasilitas yang di gunakan memilki keungulan berbeda dengan ekspedisi lain dan mempercepat estimasi pengiriman. J&T Express disebut perusahaan baru yang menggunakan IT dalam menawarkan jasanya, berupa jemput barang, Sehingga para pelanggan tidak  mendatangi kantor J&T, dengan melakukan pendataan informasi  barang yang dikirim akan sampai ke penerima yang di tuju, dan data informasi pelanggan juga akan aman. Pelanggan juga bisa melacak alur paket dengan menggunakan tracking paket yang di siapkan oleh pihak J&T berbasis onlie diketahui posisi dan alur paket, sehingga jadwal pengiriman dapat sampai tepat waktu. pendataan pengiriman dan pengecekan ongkos kirim, J&T Express memiliki sistem tersendiri yang diberi nama JTS untuk aplikasi dekstop dan JMS untuk aplikasi Web. saat ini J&T Express CP Arvino Hessa belum memiliki pendataan paket yang gagal kirim atau ditolak oleh penerima yang menyebabkan pencarian paket gagal kirim akan memakan waktu lama karena tidak ada informasi yang menjelaskan paket yang dicari sudah diambil oleh pengirim atau belum. Sistem terkomputerisasi alternatif untuk menyiasati penyiapan data akurat dan memiliki tingkat security yang terjamin. Kata kunci: Aplikasi; J&T; Web

Abstract

The Paskibra (Flag-Raising Troop) program at Ma'had Al-Zaytun serves as a character development activity aimed at fostering discipline, responsibility, mental resilience, and leadership among tenth-grade Madrasah Aliyah (MA) students. The program focuses not only on marching drills and flag-raising ceremonies but also on instilling the values of teamwork, courage, communication, and leadership skills applicable to both daily life and organizational settings. This study aims to examine the role of the Paskibra program in developing the leadership qualities of tenth-grade MA students at Ma'had Al-Zaytun and to identify the supporting and inhibiting factors influencing this process. The research employed a descriptive qualitative method with a field research approach. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and documentation involving instructors, teachers, alumni, and tenth-grade MA students. The collected data were analyzed inductively through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that active participation in the Paskibra program contributes significantly to the development of students' leadership character. Continuous training enhances discipline, responsibility, communication skills, teamwork, courage, assertiveness, and self-confidence, thereby preparing students to become effective leaders for themselves and others (Rahmawati, 2021; Prasetyo, 2023; Suciati, 2024). The success of this character-building process is supported by regular training routines, guidance from instructors, and the delegation of responsibilities to students. However, the program still faces challenges, including low self-confidence among some participants and the diversity of members' personalities and backgrounds. Therefore, continuous and sustainable coaching is essential to optimize the development of students' leadership qualities.
