Abstract

   Tahfidz Islamic boarding school is a traditional boarding school that focuses on learning Islam and Quran. Recently, the need for this kind of school for junior and senior high school is increasing in Indonesia. One of the cities that has a high demand for that kind of education is Nganjuk. Nganjuk has many traditional Tahfidz boarding schools that are already running for decades. The design of the existing tahfidz schools is not suitable for modern life, while people nowadays search the school in a contemporary design. There is a paradox in this statement that people want a modern design for a traditional education method. The extending tradition design approach is the appropriate answer to this problem. This study aims to find the proper design for tahfidz boarding school using extending tradition design approach. The method for this design approach used tradition as the basic idea for the design and modified it to be suitable for modern society. The concept of the design is a tradition of togetherness, the culture of continuity, and tradition of socializing. The idea is appropriate for the tahfidz and the Islamic tradition values in modern life.

Abstract

Urban areas have the character of increasingly dense buildings and less land that can be used for green infrastructure. So that the option to increase green open space is increasingly difficult. Along with the population growth in Kampung Arab and the low number of public facilities, the environment became very crowded and have less adequate public open spaces for the residents who lived here. Kampung Arab itself is a settlement dominated by Muslim residents who have been in this area for a long time. This study aims to analyze the feasibility of applying the pocket garden concept to Islamic residential kasawan which is currently in a congested condition. The first step is to collect data from observations, surveys and literature selection. Then, the method used to analyze is discourse analysis and selective criteria. These two processes show the results in the form of the benefits of the pocket garden concept in settlements, a map of the location at a point in Kampung Arab which can be used as a pocket garden and a map of the distance from the pocket garden to the surrounding house. These findings explain that the concept of green open space for narrow land can improve the quality of life for urban communities, especially those in Kampung Arab. Therefore, the application of the concept as a concept that is suitable for use in the future both in planning and designing in Kampung Arab, urban areas of the population. There are related professions that can work using this system such as spatial policy makers, planners, and architects.

Abstract

Management of critical farm base on society represents a new approach to all researcher of environment this time. In management of farm base on this society, society invited directly start from planning, formulation of policy, its benefit collection and execution. With this direct participation enable society can calculate directly impact economical and environment (natural resources conservation), because this two aspect represent two inseparable aspect in doing study management of SDA, because having very important role in supporting efficacy of program of Participatory Action Research (PAR). Pursuant to result of discussion and dig of information of society hence a success main problem identified with society member pursuant to antecedent study (research preliminary) which have been conducted by researcher related to program management of critical farm base on society taken as focus in enable ness is critical condition survey of forest farm, socialization of UU No. 32 year 2009 about management and protection of environment, socialization and training of system of terasiring pattern and plant real correct at farm with high inclination ( 450) having economic value and with vision of environment. Marginally cycle of PAR conducted at this enable ness program is to use technical method, mapping, transect, diagram of Venn, change schema and of livelihood analysis. By using this approach is expected by society have awareness in managing and exploiting environment real correctly. Besides society can direct control to all impact and policy of the policy because related to source of their residence environment and living. Abstract

Urbanisasi di Kota Malang setiap tahun kian meningkat yang menyebabkan kepadatan penduduk dan kebutuhan hunian meningkat pula. Akan tetapi, keterbatasan lahan dan ekonomi mendorong masyarakat mendirikan hunian di lahan ilegal tanpa mempertimbangkan keamanan dan keselamatan. Sehingga muncul permukiman-permukiman padat dan kumuh di Kota Malang (khususnya bantaran sungai), dengan prioritas kumuh terluas pada Kelurahan Bareng, Klojen. Terlebih saat pandemi Covid-19 kesehatan menjadi sorotan pada permukiman padat dan kumuh. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, perlu adanya penelitian untuk menata ulang permukiman wilayah ini dengan tujuan menjadikan kampung yang resilien. Metode perancangan yang akan digunakan yaitu pendekatan Resilience Design. Pendekatan ini mampu beradaptasi dan bertahan terhadap gangguan, baik jangka pendek ataupun panjang, tanpa menghindari gangguan itu sendiri. Pendekatan yang digunakan akan dikaji melalui strategi adaptivitas dan tranformabilitas untuk mencapai resilensi komunitas, yaitu, adaptive structure, dynamic layout, energy efficiency, dan self-sustain lifestyle. Melalui pendekatan ini, akan didapatkan hasil perancangan yaitu kampung kota resilien layak huni yang dapat menangguhkan keamanan, keselamatan, dan kesehatan komunitas dan lingkungan, serta meningkatkan ketahanan pangan dan ekonomi komunitas secara mandiri.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 berpengaruh pada tatanan hidup masyarakat di kawasan perkotaan, salah satunya di Kota Malang. Pembatasan aktivitas, pemberlakuan jam aktivitas, serta pengaturan jarak/ physical distancing dilakukan sebagai usaha dalam membatasi persebaran virus Covid-19. Hal tersebut menyebabkan mobilitas masyarakat perkotaan dan aktivitas di luar rumah menurun. Penurunan aktivitas di luar rumah dan mobilitas berdampak pada suhu permukaan di kawasan perkotaan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perubahan suhu permukaan selama pembatasan aktivitas. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pengindraan jarak jauh Sentinel 2, yang mana pemetaan land surface temperature dilakukan secara time series dari tahun 2018-2021. Pemetaan yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui perubahan yang terjadi sebelum dan selama pandemi. Berdasarkan hasil pengukuran land surface temperature diketahui bahwa pada tahun 2020 dan tahun 2021 terjadi penurunan suhu permukaan tanah yaitu 0.712⁰C dan 2.50⁰C dengan suhu permukaan tanah rata-rata dari tahun 2018 sebesar 34.331⁰C; tahun 2019 sebesar 34.402⁰C; tahun 2020 sebesar 33.532⁰C; dan tahun 2021 sebesar 30.637⁰C. Dengan demikian, pembatasan aktivitas selama Covid-19 berpengaruh pada perubahan land surface temperature, yakni: semakin tinggi mobilitas masyarakat, maka semakin tinggi land surface temperature dan semakin rendah mobilitas masyarakat, maka semakin rendah land surface temperature.

Abstract

Teknologi informasi merupakan faktor yang sangat mendukung penerapan sistem informasi, berperan sebagai agen dan solusi manajerial terhadap permasalahan manajemen dan akuntansi yang muncul dalam praktiknya. Teknologi informasi suatu organisasi terdiri dari perangkat keras, perangkat lunak, peralatan telekomunikasi, manajemen basis data, dan teknologi lainnya yang digunakan untuk menyimpan data dan menyajikan data tersebut dalam bentuk informasi kepada pengambil keputusan. Desa merupakan suatu organisasi kemasyarakatan setempat yang mempunyai batas wilayah, jumlah penduduk tertentu, dan adat istiadat yang bersifat swakelola. Menurut data yang diperoleh PBDT Desa Bojong Cideres dari tahun 2015 hingga tahun 2019, terdapat kurang lebih 768 warga miskin, mulai dari tempat tinggal, jumlah tanggungan keluarga bagi yang sudah menikah, pekerjaan, Oleh karena itu diperlukan suatu sistem yang dapat memperlancar proses pendataan masyarakat miskin di desa Bojong Cideres agar bantuan dapat tepat sasaran, sehingga perlu adanya perancangan sistem pendukung berbasis web.
