Abstract

Lingkungan dan perilaku merupakan faktor yang paling berpengaruh pada derajat kesehatan seseorang.Penyakit kulit dapat ditularkan secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Berdasarkan survei awal yangdilakukan di Pondok Pesantren Al-Mukhtariah Ambai, Kabupaten Jambi ditemukan 8 dari 10 santrimengalami gejala penyakit kulit, seperti gatal, ruam, dan adanya gelombang dengan air disela-sela jari.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan personal hygiene dan kepadatan hunian terhadapkejadian penyakit kulit pada santri di Pondok Pesantren Al- Mukhtariah Ambai Kabupaten Kerinci Tahun2022. Penelitian dilakukan secara kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei analitik bersifat observasionalanalitik dengan desain Cross Sectional. Penelitian dilakukan di Pondok Pesantren Al-Mukhtariah AmbaiKabupaten Kerinci pada bulan April 2022. Teknik pengambilan sampel mengunakan teknik totalsampling yaitu sebanyak 60 orang. Data di analisis dengan univariat dan bivariat menggunakan uji Chi-Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukan lebih dari separuh resonden memiliki gejala kejadian penyakit kulit(53,3%), personal hygine buruk (56,7%), dan kepadatan hunian padat (63,3%). Berdasarkan uji statistikterdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara personal hygine dengan kejadian penyakit kulit (p=0,023).Terdapat hubungan kepadatan hunian dengan kejadian penyakit kulit (p=0,0005). Hasil penelitian dapatdisimpulkan ada hubungan personal hygine dan kepadatan hunian dengan kejadian penyakit kulit padasantiri di Pondok Pesantren Al-Mukhtariah Ambai Kabupaten Kerinci.Kata kunci: Personal hygine; Penyakit kulit; Kepadatan hunian.

Abstract

Music serves not only as entertainment, but also as a medium of emotional communication that can represent human inner experiences through lyrics and linguistic symbols. In this context, songs are often interpreted as a space for self-reflection for listeners. This study aims to understand how inner peace is represented in the lyrics of Nadin Amizah's song Di Akhir Perang. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods and Ferdinand de Saussure's semiotic analysis, which emphasizes the relationship between the signifier and the signified. Data were obtained through text analysis of the lyrics and in-depth interviews with five listeners who had an emotional connection to the song. The results show that the lyrics of Di Akhir Perang represent an individual's emotional journey from inner conflict to inner peace. Signifiers such as “planting and reaping,” “dead hands,” “accepting feelings,” and the metaphor “the war is over” form signifieds in the form of awareness, self-acceptance, emotional recovery, and of inner peace. The informants' interpretations show similar tendencies despite different emotional experiences. This study concludes that the song Di Akhir Perang functions as a medium of emotional communication that symbolically represents human inner experiences and reinforces the role of music in communication studies.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the science and social studies (IPAS) learning outcomes of fourth-grade elementary students through the implementation of the Think Pair Share (TPS) cooperative learning model. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted in two cycles, each consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection stages. The research subjects were 18 fourth-grade students of SD Negeri 32 Lubuklinggau. Data were collected through tests, observation, and documentation. The results showed a significant improvement in student learning outcomes. In Cycle I, the average pretest score was 52.2 with 28% mastery, which increased to 66.7 with 67% mastery in the posttest. In Cycle II, the average pretest score was 66.1 with 39% mastery, and increased to 80.6 with 89% mastery in the posttest. Thus, the Think Pair Share learning model is proven to be effective in improving students’ learning outcomes in IPAS.   Keywords: Think Pair Share, Learning Outcomes, IPAS, Cooperative Learning
