<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis pengaruh umum OCB terhadap kinerja pegawai PT Bank Sulselbar Cab Utama Makassar, mengetahui altruism terhadap kinerja pegawai PT Bank Sulselbar Cab Utama Makassar, mengetahui pengaruh conscientiousness terhadap kinerja pegawai PT Bank Sulselbar Cab Utama Makassar, mengetahui pengaruh sportmanship terhadap kinerja pegawai PT Bank Sulselbar Cab Utama Makassar, mengetahui pengaruh courtesy terhadap kinerja PT Bank Sulselbar Cab Utama Makassar dan mengetahui pengaruh civic virtue terhadap kinerja pegawai PT Bank Sulselbar Cab Utama Makassar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan berupa kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 91 orang karyawan sebagai Sampel penelitian. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis statistik deskriptif, uji regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji f dan uji koefisien determinasi berbantuan SPSS Versi. 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : 1) variabel altruism berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada PT. Bank Sulselbar Cab Utama Makassar, 2) variabel conscientiousness berpengaruh spositif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada PT Bank Sulselbar Cab Utama Makassar, 3) variabel sportmanship berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja PT Bank Sulselbar Cab Utama Makassar, 4) variabel courtesy berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai PT Sulselbar Cab Utama Makassar, 5) variabel civic virtue berpengaruh positif dan disignifikan terhadap kinerja PT Bank Sulselbar Cab Utama Makassar. Dengan demikian faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan menunjukkan hasil nilai koefisien determinasi (R Square) 77% artinya keseluruhan dari variabel bebas memiliki hubungan secara bersama-sama. The aim of the research is to analyze the general influence of OCB on the performance of employees of PT Bank Sulselbar Main Cab Makassar, determine altruism on the performance of employees of PT Bank Sulselbar Main Cab Makassar, determine the influence of conscientiousness on the performance of employees of PT Bank Sulselbar Main Cab Makassar, determine the influence of sportsmanship on the performance of PT Bank employees Sulselbar Main Cab Makassar, knowing the effect of courtesy on the performance of PT Bank Sulselbar Main Cab Makassar and knowing the influence of civic virtue on the performance of PT Bank Sulselbar Main Cab Makassar employees. The type of research used is quantitative. The data collection technique used was distributing questionnaires to 91 employees as research samples. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistical analysis, multiple linear regression test, t test, f test and coefficient of determination test assisted by SPSS Version. 25. The results of this research show that: 1) the altruism variable has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance at PT. Bank Sulselbar Main Cab Makassar, 2) the conscientiousness variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Bank Sulselbar Main Cab Makassar, 3) the sportsmanship variable has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT Bank Sulselbar Main Cab Makassar, 4) the politeness variable has a positive but significant effect not significant on the performance of PT Sulselbar Cab Utama Makassar employees, 5) the civic virtue variable has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT Bank Sulselbar Cab Utama Makassar. Thus, the factors that influence employee performance show a coefficient of determination (R Square) value of 77%, meaning that all of the independent variables have a relationship together.]]>
