Abstract

Thisresearchaimstodeterminethemanagementofvillage-ownedenterprises(BUMDes) moving forward together and empowering theeconomy ofthecommunityinWanioVillage,PancaLautangDistrict,SidrapRegency.Thisresearchisaqualitative descriptive research. Data collection was carried out using observation,interviews and documentation techniques.
