Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja guru. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, yang datanya berupa angka-angka. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan jenis penelitian korelasional karena hubungan antara variabel. Untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh antara variabel yang diamati, data yang digunakan yakni angket atau kuesioner sebanyak 391 responden guru sebagai sampel dari populasi 1.790 orang guru tersebar di seluruh Madrasah Aliyah Negeri di Sulawesi Selatan. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan program Excel SPSS versi 21.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, dibuktikan oleh besarnya sumbangannya melalui nilai kontribusi (3₁) = 0,469 atau 46,90% dan diperlihatkan melalui hasil signifikansinya, yakni thitung = 8.609 dengan probabilitas = 0,000 < 0,05. Memberikan indikasi bahwa kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru (Y), yang dapat ditunjukkan melalui nilai Fhitung = 30.872 dan Probability (sig) = 0.000 < α = 0.05, dan kontribusi pengaruh terhadap variabel bebas relatif besar terhadap kinerja guru Madrasah Aliyah Negeri di Sulawesi Selatan ditunjukkan melalui nilai indeks determinasi (R2) = 0.637 atau 63.70% variasi kinerja guru, dan terdapat 0.363 atau 36.30% kinerja guru yang ditentukan oleh faktor lain yang belum termasuk dalam penelitian ini

Abstract

The conflict between logic and religion is often considered a polemic that hinders the development of Islamic thought. However, this study finds that the dispute between Al-Ghazali and Ibn Rushd regarding logic and religion is more of a superficial conflict, rather than a substantial disagreement. This literature review analyzes the major works of both figures, such as Tahafut al-Falasifah (Al-Ghazali) and Tahafut al-Tahafut (Ibn Rushd), to explore their contributions to Islamic education. The results show that their differences actually provide an opportunity for the integration of religious knowledge, philosophy, and logic into the Islamic education curriculum. Thus, contemporary Islamic education needs to be integrative and adaptive to face the challenges of the times.

Abstract

Family resilience is the primary foundation for building a harmonious and sustainable society. From an Islamic perspective, family resilience is determined not only by economic and social aspects, but also by the quality of communication based on spiritual values. This article aims to analyze the concept of family resilience in Islam and examine the communication values ​​in the Qur'an that play a role in maintaining family resilience. This study uses a library research method by examining verses of the Qur'an, commentaries, and scientific literature relevant to Islamic communication and family resilience. The results show that the concept of family resilience in Islam is built on the principles of sakinah (tranquility), mawaddah (love), and rahmah (compassion), which are realized through effective and ethical communication. Communication values ​​in the Qur'an that support family resilience include qaulan sadidan (truthful words), qaulan ma'rufan (good words), qaulan layyinan (gentle words), qaulan kariman (noble words), and qaulan balighan (imprinting words). These values ​​serve to create harmonious relationships, minimize conflict, and strengthen emotional bonds between family members. Thus, the implementation of Qur'anic communication values ​​is an important key in maintaining and strengthening family resilience in modern life.
