Abstract

Educational management is a fundamental order in the implementation of education that is applied in the development of education. So in this discussion, Islamic educational management is interpreted as the art and science of managing Islamic educational resources to achieve Islamic educational goals effectively and efficiently in planning, implementation and results. Therefore, basic knowledge is needed in order to form a perfect and in-depth understanding of the science being studied, namely, an understanding of the concept of Islamic educational management that takes the perspective of the Qur'an, As-Sunnah and applicable laws as the basis for implementing Islamic educational management. by using this research analysis method, it produces the learning method applied in Ma'had Aly Al Mukmin currently there are three methods or learning systems. Namely intracurricular, co-curricular, and extracurricular. The intracurricular learning method is the core learning method or the main learning that we can later convey to students.

Abstract

This study endeavors  to elaborate on the educational philosophy of Syed Muhammad Naquib al Attas. Al Attas' educational thought, if traced according to his background, it cannot be separated from his attention to the current of secularization of science. As a philosopher, his conception of education begins with his view point on the human beings in terms of being very Islamic. For him, secular Western education gave birth to humans who are uncivilized, savage and brought damage not only to nature but also to humanity itself. Moreover , he sees that the cure for the crisis caused by the secularization of knowledge is through education. Therefore,  it is interesting to discuss the concept as proposed by al Attas to solve this problem.

Abstract

Human beings, basically, have a tendency to do things that like virtuous values, but in the process of their development, human beings are greatly influenced by their environment, Allah Himself has outlined that in human beings there is a tendency in two directions, namely actions that deviate from the rules and those that obey the rules. Man also has the tendencies mentioned above, he also has the freedom to choose between two paths, namely the right and the wrong. Therefore, humans can be wrong in choosing and judging a good deed, due to the lack of knowledge, the environment. Considering the possibility of human error or mistake in choosing and judging good deeds, Allah teaches people about goodness by mentioning and informing through the Qur'an which was revealed to the Prophet Muhammad (saw) in several terms. Among these terms are the word ihsan and term Prophet Muhammad (saw) in several terms. Among these terms are the word ihsan and other terms. To be more in-depth about the Qur'an's insight into ihsan or goodness, this paper will discuss the Qur'an's insight into ihsan or goodness.

Abstract

Buya Hamka was a highly productive figure. He not only produced brilliant ideas, but also inspired the creation of other works. He was also a figure who was not only able to leave behind a legacy of teaching, but whose thoughts became the object of study from various perspectives.4 In his work, Buya Hamka presents several works that encompass various educational disciplines and are presented through a religious approach, namely Islam. According to Buya Hamka, education is an effort to shape the character of students. Every human being born into the world is shaped through education to become someone useful to their society, so that they can understand the difference between good and bad.

Abstract

Educational institutions are developing more and more complex along with the development of technology and changing times. A well-organized and correctly organized organization is needed in keeping up with the challenges of the times and future changes. A management approach will be needed in the management of complex education implementation.
