Abstract

This research aims to explore the implementation of administrative management among staff at the Wali Nagari Talang Koto Pulai Tapan Office, Pesisir Selatan. The research method used is a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data was collected through interviews, observation and documentation. The research results show that the coordination of nagari government institutions in making decisions based on local wisdom has gone quite well. Coordination is carried out by Wali Nagari, Bamus, and KAN. Each institution coordinates according to the problems it faces, including problems related to the administration of nagari government and customs. However, the implementation of coordination activities still has obstacles, especially related to communication factors, institutional ego, and the frequency of coordination meetings. This research provides insight into how administrative management can be implemented effectively in the context of nagari government

Abstract

This research aims to increase students' knowledge of thinking in society and form students' attitudes of love, social care and responsibility towards the progress of society and foster religious values ​​in society. The research was conducted using interviews and direct field observation. The results show that in carrying out the program students are very active in answering every question about religion, they have begun to be able to differentiate Tajwid and their reading has begun to improve. Mosque youth have also been brave in providing religious material and participating in providing religious material.

Abstract

This research aims to provide a clear understanding of how entrepreneurial management can be applied in a real setting. And it is hoped that readers can gain insight into effective management strategies in organizing and directing entrepreneurship to achieve the desired goals. This research uses an interdisciplinary and cross-sector approach. The results of this research show that people in the Tanjung Pondok Tapan village do not know the benefits of banana unbut, where banana unbut can actually be processed into a product that can be bought and sold and can even become a typical food from the Tanjung Pondok Tapan village.
