Abstract

The article aims to find out and analyse the challenges of female students’ dual role of time management in learning at the State Islamic University. This article uses qualitative research methods. Research on female students’ time management model in dealing with academic procrastination was conducted with a type of field research. Data were collected by interviewing female students with dual roles at the State Islamic University. In addition, data from literature review was also used to find various references related to the research implementation process, especially those correlated with procrastination, time management, and women’s dual roles. The data analysis techniques used are data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. This article found that academic procrastination experienced by female students has an impact on students’ academic obligations. Efforts to overcome the existence of procrastination can be carried out through forming ideal time management during the dual role that women struggle in undergoing lectures.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of Work Family conflict and work stress on the performance of lecturers at Stete Islamic Institute of Kerinci and State Islamic University of Sulthan Thaha Saefuddin Jambi. The sample of this study were female lecturers at the Faculty of Education and Teacher Training at State Islamic Institute of Kerinci and State Islamic University of Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi which consisted of 98 lectures, and this was used total sampling technique. The data collection techniques used a questionnaire. Then, the Data was analysed by using SPSS 21 program which used multiple linear analysis. The results of this study showed that (1) there is a positive and significant influence between Work Family conflict on the performance of female lecturers at State Islamic Institute of Kerinci and State Islamic University of Sulthan Thaha Saefuddin Jambi with a significance value of 0.000 0.05, (3) there is a Work Family conflict and work stress has a positive and significant influence on the performance of female lecturers at State Islamic Institute of Kerinci and State Islamic University of Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

This study investigates the psychological mechanisms underlying aggressive behavior among Free Fire gamers in the context of Kerinci Malay culture. By employing in-depth interviews, this research explores the interplay between cultural values, game-related experiences, and individual psychological factors. A case report of an individual (HA) exhibiting Free Fire addiction and a propensity for aggression was conducted. Thematic analysis was employed to analyze the data. Findings indicate that a confluence of factors, including cultural concepts of honor and esteem, customs and traditions, social context contribute to aggressive tendencies. These results highlight the need for a comprehensive understanding of cultural and psychological determinants of online aggression to develop effective prevention and intervention strategies.

Abstract

The Al-Quran is the main source of life that Allah revealed in Arabic. This of course can have very broad and varied meanings, so interpretation is needed to understand the Al-Qur’an well because the pronunciations and verses contained in it have different forms. different and diverse. The mubham verse is a verse found in the Al-Qur’an regarding pronunciation in which Allah mentions something without saying its name, be it prophets, saints, children of Adam, angels, jinn, countries, plants or animals. The aim of this research is to understand the meaning of Mubham's verse through the thoughts of Muhammad Abduh. The research method used is literature study. The data source for this research is writings related to the research object, either directly or indirectly. The author divides the data sources into two parts. First, the primary source, namely the book Tafsir al-Manar. Second, secondary sources, namely tafsir books or other works that have relevance to the research being discussed. The reduction process, including data selection, description process, analysis or testing, and conclusion process are carried out sequentially. The research results show that Mubham are verses that are still vague, whether they are verses that explain men, women, kings and jinn or a group of , ordinary names, all of which have not yet been mentioned their general characteristics. Muhammad Abduh has a different assessment of the Sunnah and its narrators, where he does not pay attention to aspects of ma'tsur (narration), nor does he pay attention to the method of takhrij al-hadith and history which has munasabah (relevance) with the verses of the Al-Qur’an. 'an. According to as-Siba'i Muhammad Abduh has the principle that the most effective weapon to defend Islam is logic and rational arguments. Al-Quran sumber utama dalam kehidupan yang Allah turunkan dalam bahasa Arab, hal ini tentu saja dapat memiliki makna yang sangat luas dan beragam, sehingga diperlukan tafsir untuk memahami alquran dengan baik karena lafaz-lafaz dan ayat-ayat yang terkandung di dalamnya memiliki bentuk yang berbeda dan beraneka ragam tersebut. Ayat mubham adalah ayat yang terdapat dalam Alquran tentang lafaz di mana Allah menyebutkan sesuatu tanpa menyebutkan namanya, baik itu nabi, wali, bani Adam, malaikat, jin, negara, tumbuh-tumbuhan, maupun binatang-binatang. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami makna ayat mubham melalui pemikiran Muhammad Abduh. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka, Adapun sumber data penelitian ini adalah tulisan-tulisan yang berkaitan dengan objek penelitian baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Penulis membagi sumber data menjadi dua bagian. Pertama, sumber primer, yaitu kitab Tafsir al-Manar. Kedua, sumber sekunder, yaitu kitab-kitab tafsir ataupun karya-karya lain yang memiliki relevansi dengan penelitian yang sedang dibahas. Proses reduksi baik seleksi data, proses deskripsi, analisis atau pengujian, dan proses penyimpulan dilakukan secara berurutan.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa mubham adalah ayat-ayat yang masih samar, baik itu ayat yang menerangkan tentang laki-laki, perempuan, raja dan jin atau sekumpulan, nama-nama biasa, seluruhnya yang belum disebut ciri-ciri umumnya. Muhammad Abduh mempunyai penilaian yang lain terhadap as-Sunnah dan para perawinya di mana beliau tidak menghiraukan segi-segi ma'tsur (periwayatan), tidak pula memperhatikan cara takhrij al-hadis serta Sejarah yang memiliki munasabah (relevansi) dengan ayat-ayat al qur'an. Menurut as-Siba’i Muhammad Abduh memiliki prinsip bahwa senjata yang paling ampuh untuk membela Islam adalah logika dan argumen yang rasional.

Abstract

This article aims to find out, analyse, and offer a time management model for female students in the midst of dual roles in dealing with academic procrastination at the Islamic State University. Procrastination is an academic term used for students who delay doing coursework. The act of procrastination can be seen from the delay in completing studies, the inability to manage time, and the inability to manage oneself. This research uses qualitative research methods which are field research. There are two data sources that are the reference for this research. The first is primary data which is key data in the form of interview results. Second, secondary data obtained from research results in the form of scientific articles, books, and other library materials related to the research topic. The data collection techniques used are interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. This study found that the learning model for dual-role female students in dealing with academic procrastination with proportional time management is very important to be implemented as an effort to avoid procrastination of academic tasks. Female students as self-controllers must have the strength to keep procrastination behaviour away in order to be able to complete academic tasks in a timely manner. The ability of self-control will have a positive effect on the realisation of a balanced academic atmosphere.

Abstract

The assembly is a form of education emphasizes improving spiritual potential and developing the students or congregations so that they become the nobel spirit and faithful person to Allah SWT. The purposed of this study was to describes: (1) the role of the assembly in inculcating Islamic values in Koto Teluk Village, Hamparan Rawang District; (2) Islamic values taught to the assembly congregation in Koto Teluk Village, Hamparan Rawang District; (3) the activities of the assembly in Koto Teluk Village, Hamparan Rawang District. The design of this study was descriptive qualitative evaluative approach. The results of the study shown that the role of assemblies in inculcating Islamic values in Koto Teluk Village is as an environment for encouragement and developing religious life in order to create a society faithful to Allah SWT, a forum for friendship that fosters Islamic syi'ar and as a medium for conveying beneficial ideas for the people and nations development. The activities of the assembly in Koto Teluk Village are holding the Islamic discussion or recitation activities. The supporting factors in the inculcation of Islamic values are guidances from the chairman or ustad/ustadzah, facilities and infrastructure and the willingness of the assembly. While the obstructing factors are the physical condition which is unable to attend the recitation, either due to age or due to illness.

Abstract

This research aims to find out thematic real work lectures (KKN) based on religious moderation for students of the State Islamic Religious Institute (IAIN) in detail "implementation of time management for elementary school students". The objects of this research are Islamic boarding schools and Al-Quran educational parks in the village of Tebing Tinggi, Tapan, Alam Ampek Hulu Tapan sub-district, South Coast district. Based on what we have done, the results show that students are able to make a daily schedule for activities properly and correctly so that students can apply it in their daily life. This research method is descriptive qualitative, which is a field study that reveals, finds and explores various information about the implementation of time management in elementary school students. Writers must also understand and interpret the data and present it in the form of stories and narratives. The data sources used in this research are observation, interviews and documentation.

Abstract

This research aims to provide a clear understanding of how entrepreneurial management can be applied in a real setting. And it is hoped that readers can gain insight into effective management strategies in organizing and directing entrepreneurship to achieve the desired goals. This research uses an interdisciplinary and cross-sector approach. The results of this research show that people in the Tanjung Pondok Tapan village do not know the benefits of banana unbut, where banana unbut can actually be processed into a product that can be bought and sold and can even become a typical food from the Tanjung Pondok Tapan village.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to develop management for the development of Islamic boarding school students at TPQ Nurul Falah. This activity uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. A case study is a model that focuses on exploration or a particular case that is reviewed in detail and in depth in the form of how and why questions. The sample collection technique uses a non-random sampling method or known as Purposive Sampling, where the researcher ensures that the illustration is quoted through a method of determining a special identity that suits the research objectives so that it is hoped that they can respond to the research case. From the activities that have been carried out, the following conclusions can be drawn: 1) KKN students are required to be able to live in society and understand the reality of society by using the knowledge, attitudes and skills they have; 2) The KKN work programs, both group and individual, that are implemented are mostly able to run as they should, although there are adjustments in time to the conditions and situation of the community environment. The success of group and individual KKN programs will ultimately provide mutual benefits between the community and students. The positive impact for students is increasing awareness of the surrounding environment and broadening their horizons of thought. Meanwhile, for society, it is to increase the spirit of hard work, the desire to progress, a positive mental attitude, a critical mindset.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology brings not only positive impacts but also new challenges for adolescents, including risks to digital mental health (cyber wellness) and increasing cases of bullying, both offline and online. In response, this Community Service Program (PkM) was designed to empower teenagers in Pasar Sungai Tanduk Village, Kerinci Regency, to become agents of change in promoting wise internet use and bullying prevention in their community. The program employed a participatory approach based on Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA), actively involving youth in all stages of the program—from needs assessment to evaluation. A total of 30 adolescents aged 13 to 18 from diverse social, economic, and educational backgrounds participated in the activities, which were held at the Grand Mosque of Pasar Sungai Tanduk Village. The program consisted of workshops, interactive discussions, mentoring sessions, and youth-led social campaigns. Evaluation results indicated a significant improvement in participants' understanding (from an average score of 45 to 85), with 83.3% actively involved in campaign planning and execution. Furthermore, 92% reported increased confidence in identifying and reporting bullying incidents, and 88% felt more mindful in their internet usage. Notably, 70% of participants shared their knowledge within their local environment. This program successfully empowered adolescents to become more digitally aware and proactive in creating a safe and inclusive community.
