Abstract

This study analyzes the feasibility of a wedding organizer business, focusing on Swana Wedding Organizer as a case study. The increasing demand for wedding services along with changes in modern lifestyles has made wedding organizers a solution for couples who want to plan a stress-free wedding. The research method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach, including observation, surveys, and interviews. The results show that Swana Wedding Organizer offers varied and high-quality services, at affordable prices for the middle to upper class. Despite facing stiff competition, marketing strategies through social media and collaboration with other vendors have increased visibility and reputation. Significant revenue fluctuations indicate good growth potential, indicating that Swana Wedding Organizer is feasible to run and has positive prospects in the competitive wedding industry, while contributing theoretically by enriching the literature on business feasibility in the service sector and practically by providing insights for entrepreneurs on how to integrate marketing strategies, service quality, and vendor collaboration to achieve sustainable competitiveness.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas pengaruh Environmental Training Programs dan Green Recruitment and Selection Policies terhadap Green Human Resource Management di perusahaan manufaktur Kabupaten Bekasi, dengan mempertimbangkan peran mediasi Employee Green Behavior. Di tengah meningkatnya kesadaran akan keberlanjutan lingkungan, praktik ramah lingkungan dalam manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia menjadi semakin penting. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan kuesioner kepada karyawan sektor manufaktur. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Environmental Training Programs tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Green Human Resource Management, meskipun berdampak positif pada Employee Green Behavior. Sebaliknya, Green Recruitment and Selection Policies terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keduanya. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya kebijakan rekrutmen berbasis lingkungan sebagai strategi utama dalam mendukung keberhasilan Green Human Resource Management. Secara teoretis, penelitian ini memperkaya literatur Green Human Resource Management di konteks negara berkembang dengan menegaskan peran perilaku hijau karyawan sebagai mekanisme penting dalam menghubungkan praktik ramah lingkungan dengan sistem manajemen sumber daya manusia. Secara praktis, penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi operasional bagi perusahaan manufaktur untuk mengaitkan kebijakan rekrutmen hijau dengan program pelatihan berkelanjutan guna menciptakan budaya organisasi yang mendukung tujuan keberlanjutan. Penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi referensi bagi perusahaan dalam merancang program yang lebih efektif dan berkelanjutan.
