Abstract

In this Millennial era, there are a lot of rapid changes resulting in every time our footsteps must also change quickly for a better direction. It cannot be denied that in the end changes are able to follow it and have a negative impact on those who are slow to respond. Of the many changes that have occurred, the most important changes to pay attention to are changes in human thinking patterns, changes in lifestyle, tastes and personal behavior, from children to adults, both in cities and villages which ultimately affect one's view of something. including changes in the mindset of our students today. The background of why entrepreneurship is necessary is to be able to look at a better future. With entrepreneurship, it is hoped that someone will be able to be independent, create jobs for others, and be the boss of their business. In other words, it is better to pay a salary than to be a salary person. It is necessary to create a climate that can change the mindset, both mental and motivation of parents, lecturers and students so that later their children are accustomed to creating jobs rather than looking for work. One way is to change the mentality and motivation that has been so embedded in every human being, especially in the Karo Culture Food Entrepreneurship Training UD Silangit Karo Regency.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk (1) meningkatkan dan  mendorong pelayanan  kerja karyawan, (2) meningkatkan moral dan kepuasan kerja karyawan, (3) meningkatkan loyalitas Pelanggan, (4) meningkatkan Kepuasan pelanggan, (6) meningkatkan rasa tanggung jawab karyawan pada di RedDoorz  Peceren-Berastagi. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode,survai  tanya jawab dan diskusi tentang Pelayanan dalam meningkatkan Loyalitas  Pelnggan, sehingga maksud dan tujuan dari diadakan pengabdian ini dapat lebih mudah dipahami oleh karyawan dalam hal  ini  karyawan  RedDoorz.

Abstract

Discipline is one of the reasons on how an employee builds strong consistency in aiming to build and create progress for himself and the organization. The urgency of discipline is the level of compliance and obedience to the rules that apply and are willing to accept sanctions or punishments if they violate the rules set out in that discipline. The purpose of this service is aimed at an organization that work discipline aims to maintain a worker or employee in order and smooth implementation of work activities and tasks, to get maximum results. The method used is an interview to find solutions to problems. For this reason, for the analysis of the work discipline of the tentor at the excellent brain kabanjahe tutoring, the author wants to discuss to improve the discipline of the teacher to make it easier to carry out the performance of the teaching team, and for the teacher to feel a calm working atmosphere so that it can increase the work spirit in living his day at work.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana disiplin dan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada CV. Momo Jaya Lingga Kecamatan Simpang Empat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan informan. Sebagai informan dalam penelitian ini adalah pimpinan dan karyawan CV. Momo Jaya Lingga sebanyak 7 orang. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa disiplin dan kinerja karyawan sudah cukup baik namun perusahaan masih perlu menambah jenis kompensasi yang diberikan kepada karyawan, karena akan sangat berpengaruh terhadap disiplin karyawan. Guna meningkatkan kinerja diperlukan pelatihan bagi karyawan, selain itu pimpinan harus melakukan pengawasan yang lebih baik untuk menjaga kualitas produk yang dihasilkan.
