Abstract

Effective waste management is a key indicator of success for Green Campus Programs and a major factor in the UI GreenMetric World University Rankings. However, many Indonesian universities still face difficulties due to low accuracy in manual waste sorting, particularly for inorganic and hazardous (B3) waste. This study develops a lightweight, high-accuracy automatic waste classification system using the MobileNetV2 Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) architecture. The model was trained via transfer learning on the Kaggle “Trash Classification Dataset” (Sathish, 2023) containing 19,762 images from 10 waste classes: Metal, Glass, Biological, Paper, Plastic, Cardboard, Battery, Shoes, Clothes, and Trash. To align with operational needs of the Green Campus Program, these 10 classes were mapped into three functional categories: Organic, Recyclable, and Inorganic/B3. Experimental results show that MobileNetV2 achieved 93.2% accuracy with efficient inference time (~4.8 ms per image) on a CPU. The prototype, built using Python Streamlit, outputs both predicted waste type and confidence percentage, making it practical for real-time campus waste sorting. The proposed model provides an intelligent, energy-efficient, and transparent solution to support sustainable waste management, addressing key operational challenges in inorganic (WS4) and hazardous (B3) waste (WS5) handling

Abstract

Abstrak – TPA Pak Rafiq merupakan lembaga pendidikan keagamaan yang fokus pada pembelajaran Al-Qur'an bagi anak-anak dan remaja. Untuk menjaga semangat belajar, terkadang berbagai kegiatan-kegiatan rutin diadakan. Saat ini, pengelolaan surat kegiatan masih dilakukan secara manual dengan mencatatnya di buku agenda tertulis. Berdasarkan observasi, hingga 1 Mei 2025, tercatat tiga 23 kegiatan telah diterbitkan. Namun, metode manual ini memiliki kendala, seperti kurangnya fokus dan waktu pengerjaan yang lebih lama, sehingga menghambat efisiensi administrasi. Sebagai solusi, dikembangkan sistem pengelolaan surat kegiatan berbasis website menggunakan metode waterfall. Proses pengembangannya diawali dengan studi pustaka, observasi, dan wawancara untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan pengguna. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dalam pengelolaan surat, mempercepat pembuatan surat kegiatan hingga 91,67%, serta mempermudah pengguna dalam pengelolaan dokumen. Dengan adanya sistem berbasis website ini, proses administrasi menjadi lebih efektif, efisien, dan terstruktur.Kata Kunci: Waterfall; Observasi; Wawancara; Website; Efisiensi; Abstract – TPA Pak Rafiq is a religious education institution focused on teaching the Qur'an to children and teenagers. To maintain students' enthusiasm, various routine activities are occasionally held. Currently, activity letter management is still done manually by recording them in a written agenda book. Based on observations, as of May 1, 2025, twenty three activities had been issued. However, this manual method has challenges, such as a lack of focus and longer processing time, which hinders administrative efficiency. As a solution, a web-based activity letter management system was developed using the waterfall method. The development process began with literature studies, observations, and interviews to identify user needs. Testing results showed that this system could improve efficiency in letter management, speed up activity letter creation by 91.67%, and simplify document management for users. With this web-based system, administrative processes become more effective, efficient, and structured.Keywords: Waterfall; Observation; Interview; Website; Efficiency;

Abstract

In the capital-intensive sector, the strategic management of capital structure is often constrained by cost rigidity, where high fixed costs magnify the impact of demand volatility on corporate solvency. This study addresses the methodological gap in static financial analysis by applying Deterministic Simulation Modeling to conduct a Robustness Test on PT Aneka Gas Industri Tbk (AGII). The primary objective is to measure the structural resilience of the firm against operational shocks specifically demand fluctuations attributed to the bullwhip effect and to evaluate the efficacy of refinancing as a risk mitigation strategy. Using audited financial data, the simulation executes specific "what-if" scenarios to project changes in Net Income, Interest Coverage Ratio (ICR), and Financial Distress probability based on the Springate S-Score. The empirical results reveal a significant structural vulnerability: a moderate revenue decline of 5% plunges the baseline performance into a net loss of IDR 5,027 million, confirming the detrimental impact of high operating leverage. However, the simulation demonstrates that a strategic refinancing intervention, reducing the cost of debt from 8.1% to 6.75%, effectively transforms the company’s risk profile from fragile to robust. This optimization not only maintains profitability under stress but also significantly lowers the Break-Even Point (BEP), thereby widening the Margin of Safety. The study concludes that deterministic simulation offers a superior, forward-looking framework for management to identify financial "breaking points" and implement proactive liability management to ensure sustainability amidst economic uncertainty.
