Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang diagnosa penyakit mata berbasis web (pendekatan hasil dan penelusuran gejala) menggunakan metode certainty factor (CF) pada Apotik Janji Meuham Kota Ternate. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem diagnosa penyakit mata berbasis web menggunakan metode certainty factor. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder.  Metode pengembangan sistem yang peneliti gunakan yaitu metode prototipyng. Sistem ini telah dirancang berbasis web dengan menggunakan metode certainty factor untuk menghitung bobot dari tiap-tiap gejala yang dialami oleh user. Sistem ini dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman HTML, CSS, PHP, MySQL, Javascript. Pengujian dilakukan dengan metode black box yaitu menguji fungsi – fungsi dari tiap menu pada sistem. Sehingga dapat menampilkan pendekatan hasil berupa identitas user, gejala, jenis penyakit mata, nilai CF, defenisi, dan solusi. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah sistem yang layak untuk membantu user dalam mendiagnosa penyakit mata. Abstract

The promotion of the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) position is a form of appreciation for performance, competence, and significant contribution to the organization's financial management. This promotion is expected to motivate individuals to continue to improve their professional competence and have a greater positive impact on the development of the organization in the future. Problems in the promotion of the CFO position often arise due to various factors, both from the internal side of the organization and individuals. One of the main problems is the lack of transparency in the performance appraisal process, where the criteria for promotion are not clear or not in accordance with the standards that have been set. Subjective factors in job appraisals can trigger employee dissatisfaction, especially if the decisions taken are more influenced by personal proximity than competence and achievements. This study aims to implement an objective and accurate decision support system in the promotion process for the position of CFO by applying the GRA method and objective weighting using the CRITIC method. The ranking results show the ranking of candidates in the promotion of the Chief Financial Officer position based on their respective evaluation scores. Candidate 7 took first place with the highest score of 0.1251, followed by Candidate 6 with a score of 0.1242, and candidate 4 was in third place with a score of 0.1101. This shows that Candidates 7 and 6 have a significant competitive advantage over other candidates for the position. Contribution to the promotion of the CFO position is crucial in ensuring that decisions made in the assessment of candidates are not only based on intuition or subjective considerations, but through a systematic, objective, and data-driven approach.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menerapkan Laporan Rekapitulasi Kas Berbasis Sistem Informasi pada Kantor Desa Rabutdaiyo Kec Pulau Makian kabupaten Halmahera Selatan, yang mampu meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi dalam pengelolaan penerimaan dan pengeluaran kas. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan studi pustaka. metode analisis dan pengembangan sistem yang digunakan Proses pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah Waterfall Modeling, di mana proses dilakukan secara berurutan, seperti membuat perencanaan, melakukan observasi dan pengamatan, mendesain konsep untuk rancangan sistem yang berjalan maupun yang diusulkan dengan diagram Flowchart dan UML, bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan adalah HTML, CSS, PHP, Javascript dan MySQL, pada Implementasi dan uji coba sistem menggunakan metode Black-Box Testing. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi yang diterapkan mampu mengurangi kesalahan pencatatan, mempercepat proses rekapan laporan KAS. Berdasarkan hasil uji coba, bahwa sistem ini dinilai efektif, praktis dan jauh lebih efisien dibandingkan metode manual sebelumnya. Oleh karena itu, sistem ini layak diimplementasikan pada Kantor Desa Rabutdaiyo Kec Pulau Makian untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi kerja.Kata Kunci: Penerapan, Sistem Informasi, KAS, Kantor Desa, Rabutdaiyo Abstract: The objective of this research is to implement a Cash Recapitulation Report Information System at the Rabutdaiyo Village Office, Makian Island District, South Halmahera Regency, which aims to improve efficiency and accuracy in managing cash receipts and expenditures. Data collection methods include observation, interviews, documentation, and literature review. The analysis and system development process employs the Waterfall Model, where development proceeds sequentially: planning, observation and assessment, designing both the current and proposed system concepts using Flowchart and UML diagrams. The programming languages utilized are HTML, CSS, PHP, Javascript, and MySQL. For system implementation and testing, Black-Box Testing is applied. The results indicate that the implemented information system reduces recording errors, speeds up reporting processes, and simplifies petty cash transaction management. Based on system trials, the solution is considered effective, practical, and significantly more efficient compared to previous manual methods. Therefore, the system is feasible for implementation at the Rabutdaiyo Village Office, Makian Island District, to enhance work effectiveness and efficiency.”.Keywords: Application, Information System, Cash, Rabutdaiyo Village Office
