Abstract

The application of increasing technology developed explicitly in the health field would significantly have an urgent role in guaranteeing quality service. Application deep data mining techniques classifier method, one among them used for classify something possibility, for example for classification disease. Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever is a disease caused by the dengue virus biting the Aedes aegypti mosquito. Meanwhile, Typhoid Fever is a disease caused by the bacterium Salmonella typhi. The second disease could attack all types of circles, fine children or mature ones. The second disease is almost the same symptom, so a proper diagnosis is needed to differentiate it. Study this applies the Naive Bayes algorithm to classify Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever and Typhoid Fever using 250 yield data test blood routine hematology at Tugurejo Hospital. Attributes used in the study, age, type sex, temperature, leukocytes, erythrocytes, hemoglobin, hematocrit, platelets, anti-dengue IgG, anti-dengue IgM, salmonella typhi o and salmonella Typhi h. The Naïve Bayes method is one of the techniques that can be used to perform analysis in determining the diagnostic results from a number of data studied with the aim of producing optimal results. The use of the Naïve Bayes method in this application is due to the probability that the accuracy value of the Nave Bayes method is close to the accuracy value of the experts.[12] The results of testing the Naive Bayes method using a confusion matrix show Recall value is 97.62%, Precision is 93.89%, accuracy is 93.33%, and Error Rate is 6 %. It can be concluded that this method is suitable for classifying Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever and Typhoid Fever and can be applied in studying this.

Abstract

Saat ini digitalisasi mulai diterapkan pada bidang Pendidikan, salah satunya proses penerimaan siswa baru (PSB). Pada umumnya proses PSB pada SMA Swasta masih dilakukan secara konvensional, cara tersebut sering kali menimbulkan kesalahan dalam administrasi dan dipandang kurang transparan dalam proses penyeleksian siswa, sehingga menurunkan kepercayaan Masyarakat terhadap sekolah. Selain itu, proses PSB konvensional lebih banyak membutuhkan dokumen fisik, umumnya ada potensi resiko kehilangan dan kerusakan data. Sehingga tim Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat Universitas Muria Kudus memberikan solusi dengan membuatkan website PSB pada SMA Ittihadul Muwahidin. Prosesnya memberikan pendampingan pemanfaatan dan pelatihan penggunaan website PSB kepada semua pihak pihak yang terlibat. Hasilnya pihak sekolah telah memiliki website PSB yang dapat diakses secara online kapan pun dan di mana pun. Semua pihak pengguna website telah memahami dan bisa menggunakan website secara baik. Secara resmi website PSB akan digunakan untuk penerimaan siswa baru tahun akademik 2025-2026. Sehingga kegiatan ini dinyatakan telah berjalan secara baik dan dapat memberi kebermanfaatan.

Abstract

The advancement of information technology has driven educational institutions to enhance the efficiency and quality of both academic and non-academic services through more integrated survey systems. Universitas Muria Kudus (UMK) still relies on manual survey methods, leading to data duplication, input errors, and delays in analysis. This study aims to design and develop a centralized questionnaire information system to improve survey management efficiency. Using the prototype method, the system was developed in two cycles: the first cycle included core features such as a dashboard, questionnaire management, reporting, and a login system, while the second cycle refined functionalities, including input validation, answer variations, search filters, and report export capabilities. BlackBox Testing was conducted to ensure optimal system functionality. The results indicate that the proposed system enhances efficiency, minimizes data errors, and accelerates survey result analysis, ultimately contributing to improved academic and non-academic services at UMK.

Abstract

Tabung Gas LPG ukuran 3 KG merupakan tabung Gas yang paling sering kita temui dipasaran. Selain harganya yang ekonomis, tabung gas ukuran ini adalah satu-satunya tabung gas yang disubsidi oleh permerintah dan masyarakat paling sering memakai tabung gas jenis. Tabung gas ukuran 3 KG juga merupakan sebuah tabung yang paling sering meledak dan mengalami kerusakan untuk itu perlu adanya sebuah pengujian atau riset yang membahas tentang hal ini. Untuk membuat system yang baik maka diperlukan suatu algoritma yang baik pula dan salah satu algoritma yang paling popular saat ini adalah SVM dan KNN. Hasil dari kedua algoritma tersebut sama-sama bagus, hal ini terbukti bahwa kedua algoritma tersebut mampu memperoleh nilai akurasi sempurna. Namun disini K-NN sedikit diunggulkan dikarenakan K-NN memperoleh hasil nilai akurasi 100% pada K- 1 di semua sudut sebelum diptimasi, Bahkan sesudah diptimasipun K-NN masih mendapat akurasi 100% dan nilai akurasi terendah yang diperoleh K-NN sebesar 86,90% pada K-9 dan sudut 45o . yang sudah dioptimasi menggunakan PSO. Sedangkan SVM memperoleh nilai akurasi tertinggi sebesar 100% pada sudut 45o dan akurasi terendah 98,61 % pada semua sudut kecuali sudut 45o yang sudah dioptimasi menggunakan PSO. Hal yang perlu digaris bawahi pada penelitian ini yaitu PSO pada kondisi tertentu bisa menurunkan nilai akurasi suatu algoritma.

Abstract

Pengarsipan merupakan bentuk pengelolaan data yang sangat penting digunakan di SMK Ma’arif Kudus. Pengelolaan masih dilakukan secara manual dan belum dilakukan secara komputerisasi. Dalam proses pengelolaan mengalami kendala kesulitan mengedit, mencari, hilangnya data dan kurangnya ruang penyimpanan data, sehingga kurang efektif dan efisien. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membangun sistem pengelolaan pengarsipan data siswa berbasis website dengan menggunakan metode waterfall di SMK Ma’arif Kudus untuk mempermudah pihak sekolah dalam pengelolaan data. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan yaitu metode waterfall dengan tahapan requirement, analysis, design, coding, testing, maintenance. Sistem ini menghasilkan beberapa bagian fitur menu diantaranya menu halaman login, halaman utama, halaman data peserta didik dimana didalamnya terdapat halaman tambah, edit, hapus, detail, pencarian dan print data siswa. Dalam pengujian sistem, penulis menggunakan black box testing yang menghasilkan bahwa semua fungsi sistem beroperasi dengan baik dan menghasilkan output yang sesuai dengan input yang diberikan. Peneliti juga melakukan pengujian dengan User Acceptance Test (UAT) mendapatkan hasil 90,92% dari pengguna koresponden yang memberikan respon positif terhadap sistem yang digunakan. Hasil tersebut membuktikan bahwa sistem pengelolaan pengarsipan data siswa ini dapat diimplementasikan di SMK Ma’arif Kudus.

Abstract

This study aims to design and develop a web-based Pension Information and Personnel Data System (SIMPENDA) as a digital solution for managing employee data and pension administration processes at the Kudus Regency Agriculture and Food Service. The system was developed using the Waterfall method, which consists of the stages of needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The results show that SIMPENDA is able to integrate all personnel and pension processes into one efficient and secure digital platform. This system provides convenience in managing employee data, calculating pensions, and tracking pension administration status in real time. Based on functional tests and user acceptance tests (UAT), all system features functioned well and obtained an average user satisfaction score of 4.65 out of 5, indicating excellent user acceptance. This system has been proven to improve administrative efficiency, data accuracy, and transparency of the pension process. In addition, SIMPENDA also supports the implementation of the Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE), in accordance with government policy to encourage the digitalization of public services. These findings not only benefit the Kudus Regency Agriculture and Food Service, but can also be used as a model for personnel digitalization in other regional government agencies, which is expected to improve the overall quality of public services.

Abstract

Abstrak - Proses administrasi pengajuan pensiun bagi Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) di Dinas Pertanian dan Pangan Kabupaten Kudus sebelumnya masih dilakukan secara manual, menggunakan dokumen fisik dan spreadsheet terpisah. Hal ini menimbulkan berbagai kendala seperti keterlambatan pemrosesan, kesalahan pencatatan, hingga risiko kehilangan data penting. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini merancang dan mengembangkan sistem informasi berbasis web yang dinamakan SIMPENDA (Sistem Informasi Pensiun dan Data Kepegawaian). Sistem ini dirancang untuk mengelola data pegawai secara digital, mempercepat proses pengajuan pensiun, serta meningkatkan akurasi dan keamanan data kepegawaian. Metodologi pengembangan sistem menggunakan pendekatan Waterfall, dengan teknologi PHP dan MySQL sebagai basis pengembangan. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan teknologi web mampu meningkatkan efisiensi proses administrasi pensiun, memberikan kemudahan akses bagi pegawai, serta mempercepat proses verifikasi dan dokumentasi oleh pihak admin. Sistem ini juga dilengkapi dengan fitur notifikasi dan pencetakan laporan untuk mendukung proses monitoring yang lebih terstruktur. This approach often led to issues such as delays in processing, data entry errors, and the risk of data loss. To address these challenges, this study designed and developed a web-based information system named SIMPENDA (Pension and Personnel Data Information System). The system was created to digitize employee data management, streamline the pension application process, and improve data accuracy and security. The development methodology followed the Waterfall approach, utilizing PHP and MySQL as the core technologies. The implementation results indicate that the use of web technology significantly enhances the efficiency of administrative processes, facilitates employee access, and expedites data verification and documentation by administrative staff. The system also features notifications and report generation tools to support structured monitoring. Abstract

Village administrative services often face challenges in terms of efficiency, transparency, and data accuracy, especially in letter management processes that are still performed manually. This condition results in longer service times and difficulties in document tracking. This study aims to design and implement a Web-Based Village E-Letter Application to optimize village administrative services through an efficient and transparent digital system. The development method used is the Waterfall model, which includes stages of requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The application was developed using PHP as the programming language, MySQL as the database system, and HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap for creating a responsive and user-friendly interface. The implementation results show that the e-letter application improves the efficiency of letter creation and archiving processes compared to the previous manual system. Moreover, it enhances transparency and public accessibility to village administrative services. Therefore, this web-based e-letter application serves as an effective solution to support the digital transformation of village governance towards a more modern and accountable administration
