Abstract

- In Supply Chain Management, spare parts are needed to support the smooth running of production, because the spare parts used will soon be thirsty during the production process, spare parts needs are usually calculated every month depending on the production capacity, of course from various types of spare parts there are local spare parts and spare parts that must be purchased imported. The process of purchasing or procuring spare parts must go through a procurement process (Procurement) The company must ensure that the selected supplier can provide guaranteed quality materials at competitive prices Supply Chain Management for spare parts needs to include Planning, Procurement, Product Distribution and Return Management Spare parts needs also carefully affect each of the needs that have a significant impact and play a role in the smooth production process, Because they have an impact and relationship with the success of production results and the smoothness of the production process, the purpose of this research is to find out the work of the journal related to the planning of the supply of spare parts, as the first step the author starts looking for sources of academic articles both national and international, the author puts forward 6 scientific articles on the analysis of spare parts requirements for the production machine operating system, planning the right spare parts requirements is useful for the success of production.

Abstract

Globalization we live in today hasencouraged cross-border business interactions, making crosscultural communication a critical aspect of organizational success.This paperaims to comprehensively analyze the variousbusiness communication challenges that arise due to cultural differences. This researchidentifies and explores key challenges such as language differences, cultural values and norms, stereotypes, stnosetism,business communication contexts, decision-making processes and business ethics. Through aliterature review and conceptual analysis, this research aims to analyze the significantimpact of these challenges on the effectiveness of collaboration, negotiation and international business relationship building. It further provides practical implications and strategic recommendations for organizations to increase cultural awareness, enhance cultural insights and adopt adaptive communication practices to avoid the risk of misunderstandings and enhance success in a diverse global business environment. The research also highlights the negative consequences of failed, cross-cultural communication, including misunderstood conflicts and potential financial losses. Furthermore, the research offers a strategic framework and practical recommendations for organizations to minimize the challenges that will be faced, these strategies recommended include increasing employee cultural awareness. Adaptation of communication styles, building strong relationships, and utilizing resources such as translators and cultural mediators. In conclusion, this study explains that effective navigation within the scope of cross-cultural business communication, the development of intercultural competence and the implementation of adaptive and sensitive communication differences. By adopting a proactive approach, organizations can improve communication effectiveness, strengthen international business relationships and be able to compete in the global market.

Abstract

Media sosial adalah elemen utama dalam komunikasi bisnis di era komunikasi digital. Perannya  sangat peting, Mulai dari membangun branding hingga meningkatkan penjualan. Media sosial dalam komunikasi bisnis  sangat berguna untuk Membangun dan Meningkatkan  Merek (Brand Awarness) memungkinkan menjangkau calon pembeli yang lebih luas dan membangun kesadaran merk secara efektif,dengan konten yang menarik dan relevan, bisnis dapat  menarik perhatian calon pelanggan dan memperkuat citra merek bisnis, Platform seperti Instagram dan Tik Tok, Shopee & Tokopedia sangat berpengaruh untuk membangun visual merek yang kuat dan juga Membangun hubungan antar pelanggan (Customer Engadgemn) media sosial memungkinkan interaksi langsung dengan pelanggan,membagun hubungan yang lebih personal dan memperkuat loyalitas pelanggan. Pelaku usaha dapat mengunakan media sosial untuk merespon pertanyaan dan menerima umpan balik, Interaksi yang positif dimedia sosial dapat meingkatkan kepercayaan pelanggan terhadap merk, Media sosial  menyediakan data berharga tentang tren pasar, preferensi pelanggan dan perilaku konsumen,pengusaha dapat mengunakan data ini untuk memahami pasar mereka dengan lebih baik dan melaksanakan stategi pemasaran yang lebih baik dan membuat keputusan bisnis yang tepat,analisis sentimen media sosial dapat membantu bisnis untuk memahami presepsi public terhadap merek dan produk mereka, alat analisis media sosial membantu bisnis melacak kinerja kampanye mereka dan mengukur dampak komunikasi bisnis di era digital dengan focus pada analisis konten dan ineraksi pengguna, Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah Literature Review, Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa konten yang reevan dan interaktif memiliki dampak baik kepada keterlibatan pengguna dan citra merek,Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa media sosial merupakan alat komunikasi yang sangat penting bagi bisnis di era digital seperti sekarang ini dan penggunaan yang strategis dapat memberikan keungulan kompetitif
