Abstract

This research is based on competition for the struggle of customers in the banking world, thus demanding banking companies to compete to attract customers by constantly improving the quality of service and competence of employees who are considered as representative banking companies as a form of satisfaction fulfillment to its customers. The purpose of this study to determine how the influence of Service Quality and Employee Competence to customer satisfaction PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Bank BTN), either partially or simultaneously. This research used qualitative method with descriptive research type. Sampling is used with non probability method of incidental sampling. The result of the simultaneous research on the quality of service and the competence of the employees is significant to customer satisfaction, partially the quality of service and employee competency also have a significant influence on customer satisfaction. Thus, banks should continue to improve the quality of service and employee competence in order to achieve customer satisfaction and attention to other aspects that add value from customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study is about The Effect of Kesadaran merek and Brand Experience on Kepuasan pelanggan of Marina brand activation. This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial effect between kesadaran merek and brand experience on consumer satisfaction of Marina brand activation in Bandung. In this study the sample took 50 respondents using saturation sampling technique, where all of the population became sample. The data that has been obtained tested using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results that shown from this study are kesadaran merek and brand experience simultaneous and partial gave positive and significant effect on kepuasan pelanggan, where brand experience has a more dominant effect to kepuasan pelanggan. Thus, it can be concluded that kesadaran merek and brand experience influence kepuasan pelanggan of Marina brand activation participants in Bandung.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style on employee performance through discipline and work motivation. The sampling technique used is the census because the sample under study is the whole of the population. As many as 70 employees of PPSU Duren Sawit. The analytical tool used path analysis with the help of SPSS version 20. The results showed the variable discipline and motivation significantly cannot mediate the direct relationship of leadership style to employee performance, leadership style directly and insignificant influence on employee performance and leadership style directly influence And significant to discipline, leadership style has direct and significant influence to motivation, discipline has direct and insignificant effect on employee performance and motivation to directly and insignificantly affect employee performance.

Abstract

This research aimed to analyze the influence of a brand image and quality product on purchase decision of Yamaha Mio motorcycle partially and simultanously. This was a quantitative research by a survey method. The research population were users of Yamaha Mio motorcycle. Sample taking technique used a purposive sampling method with samples numbered 100 respondent. Based on regression analyze, The research results showed that brand image positively and significant influence a purchase decision of Yamaha Mio motorcycle, and product quality positively and significant influence a decision purchase of Yamaha Mio. Brand image and product quality simultanously positively and significant influence purchase decision of Yamaha Mio motorcycle.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the information about relationship between independent variables which are training (X1) and motivation (X2) with dependent variable which is employee performance (Y) of PT. Bakrie Pipe Industries Bekasi, both simultaneously and partially. Data collected from 78 employee of PT. Bakrie Pipe Industries Operating Division randomly using Slovin formula. Then all data was analyzed by using regression and statistical analysis using F-statistic to know the influence of independent variable simultaneously and t-statistic to know the influence of independent variable partially with using SPSS Ver. 22 software. The results of this research shown that: 1). Simultaneously, training and motivation have positive influence and significant to employee performance of PT. Bakrie Pipe Industries Bekasi. 2). Partially, training has positive influence and significant to employee performance of PT. Bakrie Pipe Industries Bekasi. 3). Partially, motivation has positive influence and significant to employee performance of PT. Bakrie Pipe Industries Bekasi.

Abstract

The research aimed to analyze effect of product and brand image on buying decision partially or simultanously. Research carried out for 3 months from January to March 2016. The questions are structured using Likert Scale with 80 respondents as sample.Based on regression analyze, it concluded that product positive and significant impact on buying decision. Brand image positive and significant impact on buying decision. Product and brand image simultaneously positive and significant on the buying decision.
