Purpose this study aims to determine the effect of leadership and organizational culture on employee productivity at PT. Pembangunan Perumahan (Persero) Tbk. Pegadaian Tower Jakarta Project. This research was conducted to employees of PT. Pembangunan Perumahan (Persero) Tbk. Pegadaian Tower Jakarta Project. Data were obtained using a questionnaire with a differential semantic scale. The sampling technique used is a saturated sample. Tthe results of research, leadership, Organizational Culture partially has a significant effect on employee productivity. Leadership and organizational culture simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Productivity.

Competition in the globalization era for human resources has become the center of attention for achieving success in the company. This intense competition is marked by the company by the increase in human resources who will be able to master technology quickly, adaptively and responsively in the face of changes in technology. This study aims to examine the influence of work environment and employee motivation on job satisfaction at PT Nugra Karsera. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study is the total number of employees of PT Nugra Karsera as many as 65 people. The sampling technique in this study used the Isaac and Michael tables, so it can be seen that the number of samples is 55 respondents. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire that had been tested for its validity and reliability. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis and simple with hypothesis testing, namely the F test and t test. The results of this study indicate that work environment variables and motivation have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction.

Purpose to analyze the effect of service quality and corporate image on customer satisfaction outsourcing services at PT. Rama Indonesia. This research is included in the category of causal associative research using a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used a saturated sample. All members of the population were sampled, totaling 30 companies using outsourcing services at PT. Rama Indonesia. The analytical method uses simultaneous and partially linear regression analysis. The results showed that in multiple or simple ways the quality of service and corporate image had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction of outsourcing service users at PT. Rama Indonesia.

This study aims to analyze the effect of the quality of raw materials on product quality at PT. Menjangan Sakti, the influence of the production process on product quality at PT. Menjangan Sakti and the quality of raw materials and production processes simultaneously on product quality at PT. Menjangan Sakti. The number of samples in this study were 88 respondents. The analysis technique uses simple regression analysis and multiple regression. The results showed that the quality of raw materials and the production process simultaneously had a significant effect on product quality, because the quality of raw materials was maintained in terms of room temperature according to the type of raw materials stored and the production process where workers worked according to applicable regulations. The quality of raw materials has a positive effect on product quality. This shows that the quality of raw materials that are maintained in terms of room temperature according to the type of raw material stored can improve product quality. The production process has a positive effect on product quality. This shows that the workforce working according to the applicable regulations can significantly improve product quality.

This study aims to analyze the effect of total quality management on cost efficiency at EMP Malacca Strait, the influence of just in time on operational performance at EMP Malacca Strait and total quality management and just in simultaneously on operational performance at EMP Malacca Strait. The number of samples in this study were 78 respondents. The analysis technique uses simple regression analysis and multiple regression. The results showed that total quality management and just in time simultaneously had a significant effect on operational performance because total quality management was maintained in terms of teamwork. According to the employees doing work with full responsibility and supported by the standard of time used to support control of production costs. Total quality management has a positive effect on operational performance. This shows that total quality management that are maintained in terms of teamwork according to the employees doing work with full responsibility can improve operational performance. Just in time has a positive effect on operational performance. This shows that the standard of time used to support control of production costs can significantly improve operational performance.

This research aims to know influence of product quality and after sales service on customer satisfaction using Xiaomi smartphones. The population and sample of this study were students of the economics faculty of the Krisnadwipayana University class of 2017 with a total of 58 students. Research analysis method using simple regression analysis technique and simultaneous regression analysis. The hypothesis test using the F test and t test. The results of the study state that partially, product quality and after-sales service have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Simultaneously, product quality and after-sales service have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction.

This research analyzes ecommerce on online purchasing decisions. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of trust, safety, product quality on online purchasing decisions at shopee. The total population used was 1,200 taken from researchers' instagram followers and the number of samples used in this study were 92 respondents. This research is a quantitative study, using simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression. The results of this study were obtained simultaneously showing the positive influence of product safety and quality while trust has a negative influence on purchasing decisions. Partially, there is a positive and significant influence of trust, safety and product quality on purchasing decisions. And there is advice given, that shopee companies need to pay attention to consumer confidence and develop the quality of products that are needed and desired by consumers in shopping online.

This research is about The Effect of Service Quality and Price on Customer Satisfaction. This research aims to determine the simultaneous and partial effect between Service Quality and Price on Customer Satisfaction at Kedai Den Bei in Pondok Gede Bekasi. In this research the sample took 60 respondent using random sampling technique. The data that has been obtained tested using multiple linear regression analysis technique. The result that shown from this research are Service Quality and Price simultaneous and partial gave positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, whereService Quality has more dominant effect to Customer Satisfaction. Thus, it can be concluded that Service Quality and Price influence Customer Satisfaction at Kedai Den Bei in Pondok Gede Bekasi.

This research is about Implementation of Digital Marketing on Consumers Purchasing Decisions. This research aims to analize the implementation of the Social Media Marketing, Pay Per Click and Email Marketing to the Purchasing Decisions of Jakarta JD.id Consumers. In this research the sample took 100 respondent using purposive sampling technique, which respondent is an active user of the face book forum and has shopped on the JD.id site. The data that has been obtained tested using multiple linear regression analysis technique. The result that shown from this research are Social Media Marketing, Pay Per Click and Email Marketing simultaneous and partial gave positive and significant effect to Consumers Purchasing Decisions.

This research aims to know layout and standard operating procedure impact to company’s productivity. Population from this research are employee production division of EMP Malacca Strait PSC as more as 200 persons and sample used are 115 respondents. Research method used is quantitative method, analysis technique multiple regression and simple regression. Research result showing that layout and standard operating procedure partially and together had a positive and significant to productivity. Particularly in production, it is still necessary to make improvements in terms of the tidiness of the layout area, which is further enhanced by providing training and continuous understanding of standard operating procedures and scheduled 5R activities every day.
