Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the training and communication on the performance of employees of PT. Mustika Ratu Tbk Ciracas, East Jakarta. This research is included in the category of causal associative research using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Mustika Ratu Tbk Ciracas, East Jakarta. The sampling technique is probability sampling using proportionate stratified random sampling. The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to respondents, while the research method used simple and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study obtained data showing that either partially or simultaneously training and communication have a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Mustika Ratu Tbk Ciracas, East Jakarta.

Abstract

Dcika Prima Mahkota is engaged in Cake & Bakery which is known as D'Cika Cakes & Bakery. We are a growing company, currently we have 13 branches in Jakarta and Bekasi with professional experts in their fields. This study aims to analyze the simultaneous effect of price and promotion on increasing sales, analyzing the partial effect of price on increasing sales and analyzing the partial effect of promotion on increasing sales. The analysis technique uses path analysis and multiple regression. The results of the analysis show that the price and promotion simultaneously have a significant effect on increasing sales, which means that the more affordable the price is and the more attractive the promoted product can increase sales. Price has an effect on increasing sales, this shows that the more affordable the price offered to consumers can increase sales. Promotions are increasingly interested in promotions that can improve purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to find out the raw of materials and supply chain management impact to company’s production progress. Population from this research are employee production division of PT. Niro Ceramic Nasional Indonesia as more as 250 persons and sample used are 130 respondents. Research method used is quantitative method, analysis technique multiple regression and simple regression. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously the raw of materials and supply chain management 45,9 % from the progress of production. 31,7 %. and from the Raw of materials to production process 16,0 % from the supply chain management to production process.

Abstract

Purpose to determine the influence of leadership on employee job satisfaction at Erafone Bantar Gebang Branch through motivation. This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study were employees of Erafone Bantar Gebang Branch. The technique used for sampling is a saturated sample, all members of the population are sampled, because the population is relatively small. The data analysis method uses path analysis. The research results can be concluded as follows: 1). Leadership directly has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. 2). Motivation directly has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. 3). Leadership directly has a significant effect on motivation. 4). Indirectly, leadership has no effect on job satisfaction of Erafone Bantar Gebang Branch employees through motivation

Purpose to determine the influence of work discipline on work productivity PT. Sinarmas Asset Managamenet through work motivation. This research uses quantitative methods. This research uses a quantitative approach. The sampling technique in this research uses a saturated sample type. The data analysis method uses path analysis. The research results can be concluded as follows: 1). Work discipline directly has a significant effect on work productivity. 2). Work motivation directly has a significant effect on work productivity. 3). Work discipline directly has a significant effect on work motivation. 4). Indirectly, Work discipline has no effect on work productivity of productivity PT. Sinarmas Asset Managamenet through work motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of training on employee performance at CV. Salma Mandiri, with a focus on the role of competence as an intervening variable. A quantitative approach was employed using path analysis to explain the relationships among training, competence, and employee performance. Primary data was collected through questionnaires distributed to employees of the company. The results show that: 1) Training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; 2) Competence also has a positive effect on performance, but it is not statistically significant; 3) Training has a positive and significant effect on competence; 4) The of direct and indirect effects shows that the direct effect of training on performance is greater than the indirect effect through competence, indicating that competence does not mediate the relationship between training and employee performance at CV.
