The research objective to be achieved is to determine the influence of organizational culture on employee performance at Yayasan Pendidikan Kartini Nusantara through work environment. This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study were employees of Yayasan Pendidikan Kartini Nusantara. The technique used for sampling is a saturated sample, all members of the population are sampled. The data analysis method uses path analysis. The research results can be concluded as follows: 1) The organizational culture has a direct and significant effect on employee performance. 2) The work environment has a significant direct effect on employee performance. 3).The organizational culture has a significant direct effect on work environment. 4) The organizational culture does not have a positive and significant indirect effect on employee performance at Yayasan Pendidikan Kartini Nusantara through work environment

The analyze the influence of work environment and work discipline on employee performance at Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Tk. 1 Pusdokkes Polri. This research is included in the category of causal associative research using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were employees of Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Tk. 1 Pusdokkes Polri. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling technique. The analytical method uses simultaneous and partially linear regression analysis. The results showed that in simultaneous or partially ways the work environment and work discipline have a positive and significant on employee performance at Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Tk. 1 Pusdokkes Polri.

The purpose of the research is to analyze consumer loyalty which is influenced by service quality through consumer satisfaction with rice flour products of PT. Landas Nimpuna Jakarta Selatan. This research method uses quantitative methods through distributing questionnaires. This study was using the census method. The analysis method uses path analysis. The research results found that: there is an influence of service quality on consumer loyalty, there is an influence of consumer satisfaction on consumer loyalty, there is an influence of service quality on consumer satisfaction, and there is an influence of service quality on consumer loyalty through consumer satisfaction with rice flour products of PT. Landas Nimpuna Jakarta Selatan.

The research objective to be achieved is to determine the effect of promotion on consumer satisfaction at food shops in Bekasi City through service quality. This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this research is food shop consumers in Bekasi City. By using the Slovin formula. The technique used for sampling is simple random sampling. The data analysis method uses path analysis. The research results can be concluded as follows: Promotion has a significant direct effect on consumer satisfaction, service quality has a significant direct effect on consumer satisfaction, promotion has a significant direct effect on service quality, and promotion has a positive and significant indirect effect on consumer satisfaction at food shops in Bekasi City through service quality.

This study aims to analyze the effect of the performance of nurses at Permata Bekasi Hospital on compensation through work motivation. Research using quantitative descriptive analysis method. The number of samples is 66 respondents, determining the sample using random sampling method. In this study the model test that will be carried out is to use path analysis. The results of the intervening test, it shows that the value of the indirect effect of compensation through work motivation on nurse performance is greater than the direct effect of compensation on nurse performance. So this shows that work motivation can be a variable that mediates the influence between compensation and nurse performance.

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership on employee performance through work discipline of PT. Indo Mitra Pratama. Analysis method using path analysis. The results of the intervening or mediation test show that the calculation can show that the value of the indirect effect through work discipline is smaller than the direct effect of leadership on employee performance. With these results it can be concluded that the work discipline variable is not capable of being a variable that mediates the influence of leadership on employee performance: a case study of PT. Indo Mitra Pratama.

This study aims to determine the effect between Training on Employee Performance through Work Discipline at PT. Trimulia Bangun Persada. The research method used is quantitative method with a sampling technique using non-probability sampling technique that is saturated sample. analysis method using path analysis. The research results show that: 1) Training has positive effect but no significant on employee performance at PT. Trimulia Bangun Persada. 2) Training has a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline at PT. Trimulia Bangun Persada. 3) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Trimulia Bangun Persada. 4) Training affects employee performance through work discipline at PT. Trimulia Bangun Persada.

This study aims to determine the performance appraisal and work motivation on the work productivity of Klinik Utama Primera Clinica Wilayah Jakarta Timur. The type of research used is associative research with quantitative methods. This study uses a saturated sample with a total sample of 53 employees of Klinik Utama Primera Clinica Wilayah Jakarta Timur. The analytical tool used is partially and simultaneous linear regression. The results showed that simultaneous performance appraisal and work motivation could encourage an increase in employee work productivity, while partially performance appraisal and work motivation could increase the work productivity of Klinik Utama Primera Clinica Wilayah Jakarta Timur.

The research objective to be achieved is to determine the influence of leadership on the performance of employees Hospital Bhayangkara Tk. I R. Said Sukanto through organizational culture. This study uses quantitative methods. The population in this study were employees Hospital Bhayangkara Tk. I R. Said Sukanto, East Jakarta. The technique used for sampling is simple random sampling. Before testing the hypothesis, the data instrument is first tested, the data analysis method uses path analysis. The results of the stud: leadership has a positive and significant indirect effect on the performance of employees Hospital Bhayangkara Tk. I R. Said Sukanto East Jakarta through organizational culture.

This study aims to determine the performance of employees in the air transportation of the Research and Development Agency for Transportation is influenced by leadership through work discipline. This study was conducted using the quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to air transportation employees Research and Development Agency. In this study the researcher used the saturated sample method where the sample used was all 46 employees of the population. For the analysis method the researcher uses a path analysis test (path analysis). The results showed that leadership had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Leadership has a positive and significant effect on work discipline. And leadership influences employee performance through work discipline in air transportation research and transportation development agencies.
