Abstract

The purpose to analyze the influence of work motivation and work environment on the performance employees of PT. Ardhaya Bumi Persada Halim, East Jakarta. This research is included in the category of causal associative research using a quantitative approach. The research population employees of PT. Ardhaya Bumi Persada Halim, East Jakarta,. The technique used for sampling is simple random sampling, sampling members from the population is carried out randomly without paying attention to the strata in the population. The analytical method uses simultaneous linear regression analysis. The results of the research show that work motivation and work environment have a positive and significant effect on the performance employees of PT. Ardhaya Bumi Persada Halim, East Jakarta

Abstract

The objective this research is to analyze the influence of work Ethics and incentives to employee perfomance at PT Parit Padang Global Cabang Jakarta 3. The method for collecting of data used observation and questionnaires.The sampling method with the probability sampling by 80 respondents. The result of this research concluded thar descriptive view the most of respondents give perception with strong agree to work ethics conditions, incentives and also employee performance. Furthermore, based on simple regression method, Score, and Observation. The factors of discipline, morale, and turnovers already good. The work ethics and incentives give influence as positive and significant to employee work perfomance. The recommendations of this research, the company has been to maintaining and improving work ethics especially on employee perfomance, work relationship, and mental readiness of employee, discipline, motivational leadership.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of education and training and competence on the performance of Family Planning instructors, with organizational support as a mediating variable at the Bekasi City Population and Family Planning Control Office. The research method used was a quantitative approach with path analysis techniques. The sample in this study consisted of 46 family planning instructors determined by simple random sampling. Data were collected through a closed-ended questionnaire using a Likert scale, supported by semi-structured interviews. The results showed that education, training, and competence had a positive and significant effect on the performance of family planning instructors. In addition, organizational support proved to be a significant mediating variable in strengthening the influence of education, training, and competence on performance
