Abstract

The purpose to analyze the influence of work motivation and work environment on the performance employees of PT. Ardhaya Bumi Persada Halim, East Jakarta. This research is included in the category of causal associative research using a quantitative approach. The research population employees of PT. Ardhaya Bumi Persada Halim, East Jakarta,. The technique used for sampling is simple random sampling, sampling members from the population is carried out randomly without paying attention to the strata in the population. The analytical method uses simultaneous linear regression analysis. The results of the research show that work motivation and work environment have a positive and significant effect on the performance employees of PT. Ardhaya Bumi Persada Halim, East Jakarta

Abstract

The objective this research is to analyze the influence of work Ethics and incentives to employee perfomance at PT Parit Padang Global Cabang Jakarta 3. The method for collecting of data used observation and questionnaires.The sampling method with the probability sampling by 80 respondents. The result of this research concluded thar descriptive view the most of respondents give perception with strong agree to work ethics conditions, incentives and also employee performance. Furthermore, based on simple regression method, Score, and Observation. The factors of discipline, morale, and turnovers already good. The work ethics and incentives give influence as positive and significant to employee work perfomance. The recommendations of this research, the company has been to maintaining and improving work ethics especially on employee perfomance, work relationship, and mental readiness of employee, discipline, motivational leadership.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of education and training and competence on the performance of Family Planning instructors, with organizational support as a mediating variable at the Bekasi City Population and Family Planning Control Office. The research method used was a quantitative approach with path analysis techniques. The sample in this study consisted of 46 family planning instructors determined by simple random sampling. Data were collected through a closed-ended questionnaire using a Likert scale, supported by semi-structured interviews. The results showed that education, training, and competence had a positive and significant effect on the performance of family planning instructors. In addition, organizational support proved to be a significant mediating variable in strengthening the influence of education, training, and competence on performance

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the relationship of human resource strategic management and innovation, human resource strategic management and knowledge management, knowledge management and innovation, in addition to analyzing whether knowledge management can mediate the relationship of human resource strategic management with innovation Research data to be used is data of creative industry companies in Indonesia with primary data through questionnaires and secondary data published by the Government of Indonesia. The research sample is a creative industry company in Indonesia. The methods used are correlation analysis and regression to find out the relationship between variables and the analysis of pathways to find out the direct effects and indirect effects of human resource strategic management on innovation. The hypothesis of this research is (1) there is a positive relationship of human resource strategic management with innovation, (2) there is a positive relationship between the strategic management of human resources and knowledge management (3) there is a relationship between knowledge management and innovation (4) there is a positive relationship of human resource strategic management to innovation through knowledge management as a mediation variable. The findings provide evidence that knowledge management plays a mediating role between strategic human resource management and innovation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of job satisfaction, organizational climate, organizational commitment and organizationa citizenship behavior on organizational effectiveness in PT. Cosmo Makmur Indonesia. Population and sample ini this study in the number of employee of 169 people. Analysis the data used was the validity and reliability test with path analysis. From the analysis, the coefficient of the determinan (R2) noted that organizational citizenship behavior influenced by job satisfaction, organizational climate, organizational commitment by 87% and the ramining 13% was influence by other factors which not included in the model. Job satisfaction significantly effect of 3.540, organizational climate siginificantly effect of 2,889 and organizational commitment significantly effect of 2,108 and organizational citizenship behavior significantly effect of 6.862. The analysis of the test, yhe coefficient of the determination noted that the organizational effectiveness was influenced by job satisfaction, organizational climate, organizational commitment, and organizational citizenship behavior.
