Purpose to analyze leadership style and non-physical work environment on job satisfaction of employees of PT. National Aircrew Management. This research is included in the category of causal associative research using a quantitative approach. The research population amounted to 48 people, the sampling technique used a saturated sample, all members of the population were used as samples totaling 48 employees at PT. National Aircrew Management. The research method uses simultaneous and partially linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that in simultaneous or partially ways, leadership style and non-physical work environment had a positive and significant effect on the Job Satisfaction of PT. National Aircrew Management.

This research aimed to find out and examine the effect of job training and work environment on the performance of employees of PT Bank Central Asia KCU Rawamangun simultaneously and partially. This research using quantitative research methods with causality research design. The sampling technique in this study used a saturated sample. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to employees of PT Bank Central Asia KCU Rawamangun. Data analysis techniques using simultaneous and partial linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that job training and work environment variables have a positive effect on employee performance simultaneously, job training has a positive effect on employee performance partially, and the work environment has a positive effect on employee performance partially.

Purpose to determine the effect of compensation and work discipline on employee work productivity PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya, Tbk Area Cileungsi. This research is included in the category of causal associative research using a quantitative approach. The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 62 respondents, all of whom were employees of PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya, Tbk Area Cileungsi. The research method using partially and simultaneous linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that simultaneous or partially, compensation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity.

Purpose to determine the motivation and work discipline on employee performance of Rumah Sakit St. Carolus Jakarta Pusat. This research is included in the category of causal associative research using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were employees of Rumah Sakit St. Carolus Jakarta Pusat. The sampling method in this research is by simple random sampling technique which is taken randomly. The research method using partially and simultaneous linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that partially or simultaneous, motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The coefficient of determination shows that motivation and work discipline contribute 85.9% to employee performance of Rumah Sakit St. Carolus Jakarta Pusat.

To determine the effect of compensation and motivation on employee performance PT Asian Tec Indonesia North Jakarta. This research is included in the category of causal associative research using a quantitative approach. The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 30 respondents, all of whom were employees of PT Asian Tec Indonesia, North Jakarta, while the research method used partially and simultaneous linear regression analysis. The hypothesis states that partially compensation and motivation have a positive effect on employee performance. The hypothesis which states that compensation and motivation simultaneous have an effect on employee performance.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality and price on purchasing decisions of iodized salt "Kapal Terbang" in Jonggol Market, Bogor Regency ". This research is included in the category of causal associative research using a quantitative approach. In this study, the population used was 150 UD consumers. Sinar Laut, with the iodized salt brand "Kapal Terbang", is located in Jonggol Market, Bogor Regency. The technique used for sampling data is a random system (random sampling). This study took a sample with the Slovin method and obtained a sample of 60 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is to use multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the description that has been stated above. So it can be concluded that: simultaneously it shows that the variable product quality and price have a significant effect on the purchasing decision variable of iodized salt "Kapal Terbang" in Jonggol Market, Bogor Regency.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and price on customer loyalty in herbalife drinking bottles at Pondok Gede Barat. The research method uses descriptive analysis of linear regression both partially and multiplely. The findings suggest that service quality can encourage increased customer loyalty, this can be seen from the reliability of employees in handling the needs of customer orders by paying serious attention, sending orders quickly and guaranteeing a sense of security and maintaining a good relationship with customers. Prices encourage increased customer loyalty, this is because the prices offered can be affordable that are tailored to the ability of customers with quality products that are in accordance with extraordinary prices and benefits.

This study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline and compensation on the performance of employees of PT. Tri Putra Mandiri. This study uses 2 independent variables, namely work discipline and compensation for employee performance. This research uses census method with 35 respondents. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression and simple. Based on the analysis of statistical data, the indicators in this study are valid and reliable. In testing classic assumptions, the regression model is problem-free multicollinearity, does not occur heteroscedasticity, and is normally distributed. The results showed that the work discipline variable had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and the compensation variable had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This research is expected to bring benefits to companies, and for academia and for future researchers to be developed by looking at other variables.

This research was conducted to determine the influence of the current ratio, return on equity and debt to equity ratio on company value in non-cyclical consumer companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research method is quantitative analysis. The data used is secondary data from non-cyclical consumer companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. Analysis method using multiple and simple linear regression. The results of this research show that together the current ratio, return on equity and debt to equity ratio have a significant influence on company value. Partially, the current ratio and return on equity have a positive and significant effect on company value, while the debt to equity ratio has a negative and significant effect on company value

To determine the effect of competence and work discipline on employee performance in the Directorate of Medical Device Assessment and PKRT. Purpose this research is included in the category of causal associative research using a quantitative approach. The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to respondents, all of whom are employees of the Directorate for the Assessment of Medical Devices and PKRT, while the research method uses simultaneous and partially linear regression analysis. The hypothesis states that competence and work discipline simultaneous have a positive effect on employee performance. The hypothesis that partially states that competence and work discipline affect employee performance in the Directorate of Medical Device Assessment and PKRT.
