Abstract

To analyze the effect of compensation and work discipline on employee performance PT. Mitra Adiperkasa, Tbk. The research method uses descriptive analysis, the analysis model used is linear regression both simply and multiple. The study population was all employees of PT. Mitra Adiperkasa, Tbk, Fashion Division with 30 employees. The sampling technique of this research uses saturated nonprobability sampling which is the technique of determining the sample if all members of the population are used as samples. The findings of compensation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Mitra Adiperkasa, Tbk, both partially and simultaneous.

Abstract

Purpose to determine the effect of education and training on the work productivity employees at PT. BCA KCU Kalimalang. This research is included in the category of causal associative research using a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used a saturated sample. The research method uses simultaneous and partially linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that in simultaneous or partially ways, education and training had a positive and significant effect on the work productivity employees at PT. BCA KCU Kalimalang.

Abstract

To determine the effect of leadership and motivation on teachers’s work performance in the Kota Baru III Elementary School. The purpose of this research is included in the category of causal associative research using a quantitative approach. The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to respondents, all of whom are teachers of the Kota Baru III Elementary School, while the research method uses simultaneous and partially linear regression analysis. The hypothesis states that leadership and motivation simultaneous have a positive effect on work performance. The hypothesis that partially states that leadership and motivation affect teachers work performance in Kota Baru III Eelementary School.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work environment and work discipline on work productivity of employees at the Bekasi SPBU Operators Section, PT Pertamina Retail. The research method used is descriptive qualitative and quantitative analysis, the analysis model used linear regression either partially or simultaneous. The population in this study were 52 employees of the Bekasi SPBU Operator Section, Ahmad Yani. The sampling technique in this study used a saturated sampling technique, all members of the population were sampled totaling 52 employees. The result work environment and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of employees of PT Pertamina Retail's Bekasi SPBU Operators Section, either partially or simultaneous.

Abstract

To determine the effect of service quality and product quality on Customer Satisfaction at Bank Tabungan Negara, Karawang Branch. This research is included in the category of causal associative research using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were the customers of Bank Tabungan Negara, Karawang Branch, with the criteria being at least 17 years old, with a sample of 80 people with incidental sampling techniques. Methods of data analysis using partially and simultaneous linear regression. The results showed that partially or simultaneous service quality and product quality had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Bank Tabungan Negara, Karawang Branch.

Abstract

To determine the effect of competence and motivation on employee performance PT Indonesia Epson Industry. This research is included in the category of causal associative research using a quantitative approach. The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 30 respondents, all of whom were employees of PT Indonesia Epson Industry, while the research method used simultaneous and partially linear regression analysis. The hypothesis states that simultaneous competence and motivation have a positive effect on employee performance. The hypothesis which states that competence and motivation partially have an effect on employee performance and the coefficient of determination shows that competence and motivation contribute 69.2% to employee performance at PT Indonesia Epson Industry.

This research is included in the category of causal associative research using a quantitative approach. The respondent in this study were employees of Kantor Kecamatan Kp. Makassar Jaktim, Satgas Sumber Daya Air. The sampling technique of this study used non-probability saturated sampling. The research method using partially and simultaneous linear regression analysis. Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Leadership and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance of PT. Kao Indonesia. The population in this study amounted to 300 employees. By using the Slovin formula a sample of 75 employees was obtained. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. This study uses a quantitative approach, data for this study were obtained through a questionnaire that was filled out by respondents who had been determined. The data analysis method used is a simple and multiple linear regression analysis method. The research results partially show that leadership has a significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance. While simultaneously leadership variables and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Kao Indonesia.

Abstract

The research objective was to determine the effect of product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction in using Building Automatic System services at PT. Azbil Berca Indonesia. The analytical method was used, is quantitative analysis, with using test instruments, coefficient of determination, and multiple linear regression analysis. Simultaneously test of product quality variables and service quality on customer satisfaction in using Building Automatic System services at PT. Azbil Berca Indonesia, was indicated by F count is bigger than F table or with sig. prob is smaller than 0.05. Considering these results, the hypothesis Ho is rejected, Ha is accepted, which mean there is a simultaneously effect of product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction in using Building Automatic System services at PT. Azbil Berca Indonesia
