Abstract

One of the main determinants that influence the success rate of a company is employee performance. Efforts to improve employee performance, including by pay attention to work satisfaction and competence. This research was aimed to determine the effect of work satisfaction and competence to employees performance of AirNav Indonesia company. The population in this research were employess of AirNav Indonesia company at financial department were amounted to 387 people. The sample in this study were amounted to 80 employees using Slovin formula with random sampling technique. The method of data technique which used in the research was using multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination and hypothesis test. Before being analyzed the instrument test was carried out. The results of this research can be known that work satisfaction and competence have a positive and significant influence to employees performance of AirNav Indonesia company.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training and work discipline to performance of employees at PT. Emsonic Indonesia. The research data used a questionnaire which distributed to respondents and sample was used in this research, using a random sampling technique with a total sample of 65 people. The data analysis method was used in this research with simple and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that training and work discipline had a positive and significant effect to performance of employees at PT. Emsonic Indonesia, The training variable has a more dominant influence than the work discipline variable in influencing the performance of the employees at PT. Emsonic Indonesia.

Abstract

Analyze the effect of compensation and work discipline on the performance of the employees of PT. Indonesian Superior Trader (X-Sell). The research method uses qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis, the analysis model used is linear regression both partially or simultaneous. The study population of all employees of PT. Indonesian Superior Traders (X-Sell) totaling 30 employees. The sampling technique of this study uses saturated sampling, which is the technique of determining the sample if all members of the population are used as samples. Result Compensation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of IndonesianSuperior Traders (X-Sell) partially or simultaneous.

Abstract

This research is aimed to examine the influence of brand image and product quality to car purchase decision at PT. Mitsubishi Krama Yudha Motors and Manufacturing. Data analysis method was used, is quantitative analysis, by using validity and reliability test, coefficient of determination, and multiple linear regression analysis. Result of regression equation is: Y = 0,665 + 0,517 X1 + 0,416 X2 Simultaneously testing of brand image variables and product quality to purchase decision, shown by F count equal to 85,955 bigger than F table 3,159 or with sig. F 0.000 is smaller than alpha 0.005. Based on the test results simultaneously, can be seen that the independent variables (brand image and product quality) have a positive and significant impact on the car purchase decision at Mitsubishi cars At PT. Krama Yudha Motors and Manufacturing. Suggestions which can be given for future developments and determinations of policy are, companies should pay attention to brand image, product quality, to make customers more satisfied and keep using Mitsubishi cars as their choice.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the influence both individually and jointly, variable of training and motivation to variable of employees’ performance at PT. Synergis Global Performa. Method of collecting data through primary data. Method of Data Analysis WITH using regression, correlation, determination both jointly and individually, then continued by hypotheses test. But before it was analyzed, first was done the test of data instrument. The results of research showed that: From the result of analysis about the factors which is affecting the performance of employees, it appears that these two variables were analyzed, namely training and motivation, so the most dominant to influence employees' performance is training variable. That was proved by the result from the calculation of t count for each variable, where t count of training (12.246) is greater than the value of the t count of motivation (4,003).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of competence and work discipline on the performance of Bank Branch's Bekasi Index employees. The research method used is descriptive and quantitative research method with sample number 50 respondents. Data were collected by using questionnaire method, data instrument test, classical assumption test and data analysis used were linear regression analysis, correlation and coefficient of determination. Test hypothesis Test F. The results showed that the competence and discipline of work have a positive and significant effect on the performance improvement of Bekasi Bank Index employees.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of Service Quality, Trust and Consumer Satisfaction of fashion product at online shop “Yellow Facy Jeans” through social media social instagram. This research was conducted on Yellow Facy Jeans customer in Bekasi Timur in 2017. The method used in this research is non-probability through quota sampling procedure with total sample of 120 respondents. Data collection techniques with questionnaires distributed from a total of 165 subscribes minus 40 customers who did not meet the criteria and the rest 5 customers did not answer the question completely so it could not be tested. The results showed that (1) the F test of Service Quality (X1) and Trust (X2) against Consumer Satisfaction Yellow Facy Jeans (Y) shows that Quality of Service and Trust simultaneously have a significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction in Yellow Facy Jeans; (2) the effect of Service Quality partially on Yellow Facy Jeans Consumer Satisfaction through t test showing sig value of 0,000 < 0,05, which means partial Service Quality significantly influence Consumer Satisfaction on Yellow Facy Jeans ; and (3) the partial influence of Trust on Yellow Facy Jeans Consumer Satisfaction is tested by t test showing sig value of 0,000 <0,5, which means partial Trust has significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction in Yellow Facy Jeans.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of partially or simultaneously between the fee and past audit engagement auditor to audit quality in KAP in Bekasi Region. This research was conducted in the Public Accounting Firm (KAP) in Bekasi. The method used for data collection, through primary data. Data analysis method used is the method of quantitative and qualitative approaches. From the results of the study showed that simultaneous audit fee and the period of the engagement auditor significant effect on audit quality and partial results showed that the variable fee and future audit engagement auditor to audit quality in KAP in Bekasi. As these two factors contribute to variation of quality factor change auditing 79.8%. The conclusion of this study, and a variable fee audit engagement auditor significantly affect audit quality variables either partially or simultaneously. Suggestions from this study, expected variables need to be improved such as competence, experience auditor, audit firm rotation, a public accounting firm's reputation and independence of auditors.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know how the influence of organizational culture and motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Anugrah Argon Medica Jakarta. The research method used is Explanatory Analysis approach that explains the causalistic relationship between variables. Sampling technique using random sampling samples. Data analysis technique used is quantitative statistical method by looking for validity and reliability test data, correlation, regression, coefficient of determination and hypothesis test. The results of this study found that the relationship and significant influence between organizational culture variables and motivation on employee performance PT Anugrah Argon Medica Jakarta between variables with F test, where F arithmetic is bigger than F table (139,574> 3,150), Conclusion: There is significant influence which can be explained with result obtained from R square is 0,823 meaning that variable of organizational culture and motivation contributed 82.3% to employee performance variable PT. Anugrah Argon Medica Jakarta, while the rest of 17.3% donated another variable that is not researched.

Abstract

This study was done to determine the influence of partially and simultaneously between working environment and motivation to employee’s performance at PT. Kubic Madani. Method was used for data collection was through primary data. Methods of data analysis with using regression, correlation, determination either jointly or individually, then continued hypothesis testing. The results showed that: From analysis result, regarding the factors were affecting employee’s performance, appears that between two variables were analyzed, work environment and motivation, then the most dominant influence on employee’s performance was variable of work environment. That was proved by the result of calculation of t count each variable, where t count of work environment (10.513) is bigger than the value of t count of motivation (10.183)
