Abstract

Purpose to analyze the effect of product quality and service quality on customer buying interest in Samsung Smart Phone products at the Pondok Gede Fonel Store. The research method uses descriptive qualitative and quantitative analysis, the analytical model used is linear regression, simultaneous and partially. The research population is the customers of the Pondok Gede Fonel Store. 60 people who bought Samsung Smart Phone products from January to April 2022 were taken as samples. The result simultaneous, product quality and service quality have a positive and significant effect on customer buying interest in Samsung Smart Phone products at the Pondeok Gede Fonel Store. Partially product quality has a significant effect on customer buying interest, and partially service quality has a significant effect on customer buying interest.

Abstract

To determine the effect of service quality and product diversification on customer satisfaction Bank BRI at the Jakarta Branch Office Veterans. The research method uses descriptive qualitative and quantitative analysis, the analytical model used is linear regression, simultaneous and partially. The research population is Bank BRI customers at the Jakarta Branch Office Veterans who visit from April to June 2021. Result the simultaneous, service quality and product diversification have a significant effect on customer satisfaction at Bank BRI Jakarta Veterans Branch Office. Partially service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, and partially product diversification has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of compensation, work environment on employee performance at PT. Mustika Ratu Tbk Ciracas, East Jakarta. The data collection technique used was to spread questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study using multiple linear regression analysis showed that compensation and work environment had a positive and significant effect on the employee performance of PT. Mustika Ratu. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employee PT. Mustika Ratu, while the work environment has a positive and significant effect on the employee performance of PT. Mustik Ratu. Thus the hypothesis in this study is that it is assumed that compensation and work environment have a positive and significant effect on the employee performance of PT. Mustika Ratu.

Abstract

Competition in the business world is getting tougher, companies are competing to find and improve the quality of their resources in order to achieve the desired goals of the company efficiently and effectively. This study aims to examine the effect of work discipline and motivation on the performance of employees of PT. SLS Bearindo. The analytical method used is quantitative analysis using primary data by distributing questionnaires given to PT.SLS Bearindo employees with a sample of 92 employees. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed a positive and significant effect simultaneously between work discipline and motivation on employee performance. partially between work discipline on employee performance has a significant effect and between motivation on employee performance has a significant effect.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze influence of organizational motivation and commitment on the performance of SMK Negeri 1 Bekasi teachers, the partial influence of motivation on the performance of SMK Negeri 1 Bekasi teachers. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study is the teacher of SMK Negeri 1 Bekasi City. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling with a sample size of 100 teachers. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis is multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that simultaneous organizational motivation and commitment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of teachers of SMK Negeri 1 Bekasi. Partially, motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of teachers of SMK Negeri 1 Bekasi. Partially organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of teachers of SMK Negeri 1 Bekasi.
