Abstract

Employee training is one of the strategic efforts in improving the competence of human resources, especially in the manufacturing industry. PT Indonesia Nippon Seiki as a company engaged in automotive components requires employees who are skilled and adaptive to technological developments. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of employee training using the Kirkpatrick model, in collaboration with the Management Department of Yarsi Pratama University. The Kirkpatrick model was chosen because of its ability to provide a comprehensive evaluation through four levels, namely reaction, learning, behavior, and results. The research methods included training need analysis, distributing questionnaires to measure participant satisfaction (level 1), and conducting pre-test and post-test to assess the improvement of material understanding (level 2). The results showed that the participants reacted positively to the quality of the resource persons and the materials presented, with an average questionnaire score of 4.35. In addition, there was a significant increase in material understanding, indicated by the increase in the average post-test score of 83.9% compared to the pre-test which only reached 39.8%.This research is expected to be a reference for PT Indonesia Nippon Seiki in designing more effective training programs, as well as a consideration for the Management Department of the University of Indonesia.

Abstract

Improvements in information technology have given rise to the phenomenon of using e-learning systems in education. However, the success of e-learning implementation is highly dependent on user acceptance. This research identifies factors that influence tertiary students' interest in using e-learning in Indonesia, by focusing on self-efficacy and subjective norms. By involving 116 respondents and analyzing data using PLS-SEM, this research shows that around 41.5% of the variability in interest in using e-learning can be explained by self-efficacy and subjective norms. The findings show that subjective norms have a greater influence than self-efficacy on interest in using e-learning. These results reinforce the importance of subjective norms as a major factor in e-learning acceptance. This research also highlights the need for further research to understand additional factors that may influence interest in using e-learning in the future.

Abstract

This community service program aims to support the digital transformation and strengthen business governance of Lucky Fingers Cafe as a growing micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) through an integrated approach based on green business principles. As the business expands in scale, customer volume, and operational complexity, challenges arise in managing business processes, financial recording, service quality, and environmental responsibility. The assistance was carried out through mentoring and training in the utilization of information systems, improvement of management practices, strengthening of simple accounting records, and recommendations for the use of environmentally friendly packaging. The methods included initial needs assessment, implementation of mentoring sessions, practical guidance, and evaluation of business practices. The results show an improvement in the partner’s understanding and application of digital tools, more structured financial management, better operational organization, and increased awareness of sustainable business practices. The adoption of green packaging is expected to enhance the business image and align the enterprise with environmentally conscious consumer trends. This program demonstrates that integrated assistance combining digitalization, governance strengthening, and sustainability can effectively support the growth and competitiveness of MSMEs.
