Abstract

The existence of posyandu is widespread in all corners of the country and is a type of public health service that has strategic value to be managed and developed optimally because it is considered the spearhead of integrated activities in the community. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach, while the data source uses primary data and secondary data. The primary data is the Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 19 of 2011 concerning guidelines for the formation of an operational working group for the development of integrated service posts. While secondary data is obtained from a number of information obtained indirectly and data is obtained by quoting from sources such as books, magazines, journals and the internet. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis uses several stages, namely; data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results of the study show that the government's implementation in the Posyandu program, namely the target group, is able to be part of the stakeholders in the Posyandu policy by providing financial resources and facilities and infrastructure resulting from non-governmental organizations. The government's obstacles in implementing the posyandu program in Gentegwetan Village, lack of human resources, lack of participation of parents in considering their children to posyandu, and lack of facilities and infrastructure of posyandu. Meanwhile, the efforts made by the government are; increasing cooperation with the Health Office, fostering posyandu cadres, increasing socialization to the community and improving posyandu facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

Family law is in an important position in the life of the community, contributing to creating and realizing an orderly and harmonious community environment. This research is based on the high rate of law violations in the family realm, such as divorce and domestic violence, which shows low awareness and compliance with family law. The method used in this study is libray research and the research approach uses a naturalistic method that is carried out at the time of natural setting, while the abjek that is studied is in accordance with the most appropriate conditions, then data collection techniques through participatory observation, and analysis of relevant legal and policy documents. The results of the study show that the implementation of family law supported by legal education, mediation, and community-based approaches can increase public understanding of the importance of family law, thereby encouraging law-abiding behavior. In addition, the results of the study also indicate that family law plays an important role as an effective social engineering tool in shaping legal norms and values that can increase legal awareness among the community.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang peran suami dan istri dalam membangun keharmonisan rumah tangga melalui penerapan pola komunikasi qawlan layyinan, yaitu bentuk komunikasi yang santun, lemah lembut dan penih hikmah sebagaimana yang telah diajarjan dalam Al-quran. Komunikasi yang efektif dan beretika merupakan pilar utama dalam membentuk keluarga yang sakinah, mawaddah dan warahmah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi lapangan (field reseacrh) dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami peran suami istri dalam membangun keluarga yang sakinah, mawaddah, warahmah dan untuk mengeksplorasi secara lebih mendalam makna komunikasi qawlan layyinan sebagai bentuk komunikasi yang dapat diterapkan dalam hubungan antara suami dan istri dalam keluarga Islami. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas informan menyampaikan bahwa komunikasi yang dibangun atas dasar kelembutan, kesantunan, dan saling menghargai sangat berpengaruh dalam menyelesaikan konflik keluarga. Suami yang mampu menahan amarah dan memilih kata-kata yang menenangkan ketika menegur atau memberi nasihat kepada istri cenderung lebih dihormati dan disegani dalam rumah tangga. Begitu pula istri yang berbicara dengan suara yang lembut dan menghindari kata-kata yang menyakitkan mampu menciptakan suasana emosional yang stabil di tengah tekanan kehidupan rumah tangga. hormat. Dengan demikian, hasil studi lapangan ini memperkuat bahwa pola komunikasi qawlan layyinan tidak hanya menjadi sarana untuk menghindari konflik, tetapi juga menjadi fondasi dalam membangun relasi emosional yang sehat antara suami istri serta mewariskan nilai-nilai Islam dalam keluarga.
