Abstract

The abuse of drugs and online gambling has become a significant global issue with detrimental impacts on individuals, families, and communities. In Indonesia, particularly in Jorong Pemukiman Baru II, Kecamatan Koto Balingka, Kabupaten Pasaman Barat, this challenge is becoming increasingly apparent. Drugs, including narcotics, psychotropics, and other addictive substances, can lead to addiction and serious health issues. Meanwhile, online gambling, which involves betting through digital platforms, can result in addiction, financial loss, and social problems. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of a drug and online gambling prevention education program conducted on August 18, 2024, in Jorong Pemukiman Baru II. The program employed educational methods through counseling, distribution of educational materials in the form of posters, and life skills training. Data collection was carried out through direct interviews with local residents. The results indicate a significant improvement in the community's understanding of the dangers of drugs and online gambling after the counseling sessions. Respondents demonstrated a better awareness of the long-term effects of drug abuse and the risks associated with online gambling, as well as improved skills in identifying and avoiding these issues. The program proved effective in raising awareness and knowledge among the community, with findings supporting the need for ongoing educational programs to maintain and strengthen the achieved understanding. This program can serve as a model for prevention in other communities with adjustments tailored to local needs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan oleh Anita Khairani dengan judul “Pengaruh Diskon Dan Live Streaming Shopee Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (Studi Kasus Pada Mahasiswa Manajemen Bisnis Syariah STAIN Mandailing Natal)”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh diskon dan live streaming shopee terhadap keputusan pembelian mahasiswa Manajemen Bisnis Syariah STAIN Mandailing Natal. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Manajemen Bisnis Syariah angkatan 2022 hingga 2024, dengan sampel 147 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan secara langsung kepada mahasiswa Manajemen Bisnis Syariah angkatan 2022-2024. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, normalitas, heteroskedastisitas, multikolinearitas, regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa diskon dan live streaming secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Diskon memiliki pengaruh lebih dominan dibandingkan fitur live streaning karena lebih praktis dan cepat dimanfaatkan oleh konsumen.Kata Kunci: Diskon, Live Streaming, dan Keputusan Pembelian

Abstract

This study evaluates the implementation of the Maghrib Mengaji program in Jorong Permukiman Baru II, Koto Balingka District, with a focus on children as an effort to deepen religious knowledge and cultivate a generation with noble character. The program aims to revive the tradition of reading the Qur'an after Maghrib prayer, in response to the shift in children's habits, who are now more often engaged with gadgets and television. By fostering deeper religious understanding, enhancing Qur'an reading skills, and reducing the negative influence of electronic media, the program seeks to create positive change. The study was conducted using a descriptive qualitative approach through observation, interviews, and documentation, with triangulation applied to ensure data validity. The research location included Masjid Al-Muhajrin and TPA Al-Muhajrin, with informants consisting of Qur'an teachers and religious figures actively involved in the program. The findings indicate that the Maghrib Mengaji program has successfully increased children's interest in reading the Qur'an and their frequency of visits to the mosque. However, several challenges remain, particularly in addressing reading difficulties and understanding tajweed, as well as attracting the interest of children who are more drawn to electronic media. With improved teaching methods and the provision of more engaging materials, it is hoped that the program can be more effective in enhancing Qur'an reading skills and supporting the formation of a Qur'anic generation. Positive community support also shows that the program has succeeded in creating a more vibrant atmosphere at the mosque, although continuous evaluation is needed to achieve optimal results.
