Abstract

The development of e-commerce has brought significant changes in the way consumers shop, and one of the main factors that influence buyer decisions is the level of consumer trust in the digital platform. This study aims to provide a systematic review of the literature on the relationship between e-commerce and consumer trust, focusing on recent trends and their impact on purchase value. Based on the analysis of various relevant studies, it was found that factors such as transactions, quality of service, information transparency, and user reviews have a significant influence on consumer trust. In addition, technological developments such as the use of AI, digital payments, and personalization also play an important role in increasing consumer confidence in e-commerce platforms that can increase purchase intent, which ultimately contributes to the success of e-commerce businesses. It is hoped that these findings can provide insight for e-commerce practitioners in designing effective strategies to build consumer trust and increase sales.

Abstract

Digital transformation has become a key factor in improving organizational performance in the modern era. This study aims to conduct a systematic literature review on the role of digital transformation in enhancing operational efficiency, innovation, and customer satisfaction. The findings reveal that adopting technologies such as big data, cloud computing, the Internet of Things (IoT), and artificial intelligence can boost productivity, accelerate data-driven decision-making, and create new value for customers. However, the process faces challenges, including resistance to change, high investment costs, and data security risks. Key success factors include digital leadership, organizational readiness, and effective change management. This review provides strategic insights for organizations to develop successful digital transformation initiatives and identifies opportunities for future research in diverse industrial and geographical contexts.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of leadership and work motivation on employee productivity at PT. X. The research method used is quantitative with a verificative approach, employing multiple linear regression analysis. The sample consists of 54 employees selected using random sampling. The results show that leadership does not have a significant effect on employee productivity (p > 0.05), while work motivation has a positive but marginal effect (p < 0.1). Simultaneously, leadership and work motivation do not significantly affect employee productivity (p > 0.05). The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.083 indicates that only 8.3% of the variation in employee productivity can be explained by these two variables. This study suggests that PT. X should improve leadership quality and focus on enhancing work motivation to increase employee productivity.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh sistem reward, jenjang karir, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap niat berpindah kerja (turnover intention) pada tenaga kerja di Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Kantor Cabang (KC) Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan instrumen kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpulan data, yang disebarkan kepada 81 responden yang merupakan karyawan BRI KC Sidoarjo. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem reward berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, jenjang karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, sementara kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel independen tersebut berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya perhatian manajemen terhadap sistem reward, pengembangan jenjang karir, serta peningkatan kepuasan kerja guna mengurangi niat berpindah kerja dan meningkatkan retensi karyawan.
