Abstract

Abstract   The purpose of this study was to determine the psychological effect of the Covid-19 pandemic, work ethic and turnover on the productivity of micro, small and medium enterprises in Sleman Regency, Yogyakarta. Data collection techniques through interviews with data collection instruments in the form of questionnaires. This study uses quantitative analysis techniques using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, significance test (t test and F test). The results of the study obtained the results of the regression equation Y = -0.164 + 0.355 X1 + 0.447 X2 + 0.253 X3, while from the F test results, the calculated f value is 61.355, above the standard Sig significance value of 0.000 or f table of 3.97, or the value of significant is less than 0.05, which means that the Covid-19 pandemic psychologically, work ethic and turnover affect the productivity of micro, small and medium enterprises in Sleman Regency, Yogyakarta.   Keywords : Covid-19 Pandemic, Psychological, Work Ethic, Turnover, Productivity

Abstract

Backgroud: A hospital was a part of a whole system health services which aims to carry out health services, these services through the effort to healing patients .In order to to support these health services then required health information of the members of the data that is neither of the patients medical record. Objective:to determine the usage of electronic medical record in hospital. Method:The method used in this research was normative yuridis.  The data presented in the form of the patient medical record manually and electronic medical record , and the data it is very important to the hospital .Because of that , needed  there is research on how the comparison between medical record manuals by electronic medical record if record of profit and weaknesses and how in terms of safety data storage electronic medical record compared to manual medical record and assess whether electronic medical record can be used as an instrument the evidence in the investigation in the provision of health services related to not repeat this research with methods of juridical normative. Result: This research gained an electronic medical record. The results showed that has certain excellence that more so than with manual medical .Medical can also record it becomes a tool the evidence in the investigation in a similar way manual medical record. Conclusion: The conclusion of this research was the usage of electronic medical record is more savety, accurate and effective in hospital

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of marketing, service and promotion strategies on the decision to buy train tickets at PT KAI DAOP VI Yogyakarta. Data collection techniques through interviews with data collection instruments in the form of a questionnaire. This study uses quantitative analysis techniques using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, significance test (t test and F test). The results of the study obtained the results of the regression equation Y = -0.130 + 0.341 X1 + 0.396 X2 + 0.318 X3, which means that the influence of marketing, service and promotion strategies affects the decision to buy train tickets at PT KAI DAOP VI Yogyakarta.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to determine the effects of supervisory leadership and work from home policies on employee performance during the COVID-19 pandemic at the Regional V Public Works and Housing Competency Development Center Yogyakarta. This writing uses quantitative method. The population used is the staff of the Regional Public Works and Housing Competency Development Center V Yogyakarta. The sampling technique used is Non Probability Sampling. The number of samples is 32. Based on the results of the discussion, it is found that the T observed for leadership supervision is 2.546 > T table 2.048 and the work from home policy of T observed is 3.347 > T table 2.048. This has a partial effect on employee performance. The variable of leadership supervision and work from home policy have a simultaneous effect on employee performance based on the amount of F Test 16,852 > F table 3,33. The contribution of R2 has a strong relationship between leadership supervision and work from home policies in influencing employee performance, which is 0.538 or 53.8%.

Abstract

This writing aims to determine how the influence of performance appraisal and commitment to the work productivity of nurses at Sakina Idaman General Hospital, Sleman Yogyakarta. The data analysis technique uses valid data testing, reliable data, multiple regression analysis, f test and t test. Based on the results of the study, the results of the multiple regression equation Y = 14.956 + 0.401X1 + 0.253X2, indicating that there is an effect of performance appraisal and commitment on work productivity. From the results of the coefficient of determination test, it shows that R Square is 0.241. This means that the magnitude of the influence of the performance appraisal variable and commitment on the work productivity of nurses at Sakina Idaman General Hospital is 24.1%, the remaining 75.9% is explained by other causal factors.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dengan maksud dan tujuan untuk memberikan pendampingan pengelolaan usaha UMKM dengan pokok pembahasan Motivasi Wirusaha bagi pelaku UMKM di Desa Wisata Nglanggeran Kapanewon Patuk Gunungkidul. Sasaran yang digunakan dalam pengabdian masyarakat kali ini adalah pelaku usaha UMKM di Desa Wisata Nglanggeran Kapanewon Patuk Gunungkidul. Pengabdian masyarakat ini diikuti peserta pelaku UMKM sebanyak 30 orang. Metode yang digunakan adalah Tatap muka di dalam ruangan dengan pemberian materi oleh nara sumber dan dilanjutkan dengan diskusi / Tanya jawab terkait Motivasi Wirausaha UMKM. Rumusan masalah yang digunakan adalah Bagaimana pelaksanaan Motivasi Wirusaha UMKM di Desa Wisata Nglanggeran Kapanewon Patuk Gunungkidul.? Dari hasil pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini didapatkan bahwa pelaku UMKM siap untuk melakukan perubahan dalam kemasan dan pemasaran serta perubahan manajemen usaha UMKM di Desa Wisata Nglanggeran Kapanewon Patuk Gunungkidul serta ada kepastian pendampingan usaha UMKM dari Pihak Kampus Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata Ambarukmo (STIPRAM) Yogyakarta secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

People who have businesses should have expertise and knowledge in handling theirbusinesses, so they can develop their businesses easily without any problems. The purposeof this community service activity is to stabilize the state of agriculture to livestock. Withcultivation, breeders also indirectly create new jobs for the residents around thiscommunity service activity which is followed by community members. This activityinvolved a team of AMA Yogyakarta lecturers in an effort to collaborate with thecommunity in order to develop their business. Based on the data on the results of the fieldservice that the author carried out, that by holding this service the community has theability to develop the business they already have.

Abstract

Garbage, which has always been a crucial problem in society, still has economic value when managed properly. The limited infrastructure owned by the government requires the community to independently play an active role in managing waste. Through a community service program entitled increasing entrepreneurship through waste management in Segoroyoso 1 Pleret Bantul Yogyakarta. This program is carried out on the grounds that there are still many people who know how to manage it properly. In addition, this program also fosters an entrepreneurial spirit in the community by utilizing waste as the main capital. From the reasons the authors formulate several issues: 1. How to properly manage waste in accordance with government recommendations?.2. How to make waste as a field of entrepreneurship that has a sale value? The methods used in community service are observation, interviews, lectures, practice and documentation. From the results of this service it was found that waste management in the Segoroyoso1 Pleret Bantul Yogyakarta community is good, but it still requires special handling, especially for home-based businesses or MSMEs that are medium to upper scale, because they have to be supported by waste management tools that are expensive. For waste management to become a business area, progress has been made even though it needs to be improved again

Abstract

Abstract There are several things that can affect employee job satisfaction in a company such as motivation given by colleagues and superiors, compensation for completing work and certain targets, and strengthened by the commitment that exists in the employees themselves. This study aims to examine the effect of motivation and compensation on job satisfaction with commitment as a moderating variable. This research is a quantitative research with an explanatory approach that uses primary data on Bank BCA employees with a minimum criteria of having worked for more than one year spread throughout the islands of Indonesia as many as 250 people. Data is distributed through questionnaires and analyzed using smart PLS 3.0. The research results show that motivation and compensation have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Interestingly, after being moderated by the commitment variable, the effect of compensation and motivation on job satisfaction is increasingly significant.
