Abstract

This study aims to determine the direct influence of patient-centered Care on patient behavioral intentions, the direct influence of patient-centered Care on patient trust, the direct influence of patient trust on patient behavioral intentions, and the role of patient trust as a mediating variable in the relationship between patient-centered Care and patient behavioral intentions at Dr. Moewardi Surakarta Hospital. The research method uses a quantitative correlational approach. Data were collected through questionnaires to outpatients and inpatients of Dr. Moewardi Surakarta Hospital and analyzed using statistical tests to test the direct influence and role of mediation. The results of the study show that Patient-centered Care has a direct positive effect on patient behavioral intentions and patient trust at Dr. Moewardi Surakarta Hospital. Patient trust also has a direct positive influence on the patient's behavioral intentions, which is reflected in the patient's increased tendency to make repeat visits and make recommendations. Patient trust has been proven to mediate the influence of patient-centered Care on patient behavioral intentions, so that patient-oriented services not only have a direct impact on behavioral intentions, but are also strengthened through the formation of trust. These findings show that consistent implementation of patient-centered Care plays a role in building patient trust and encouraging positive behavioral intentions towards hospital services.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work experience on organizational commitment, the effect of work experience on job satisfaction, the effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment, and the effect of work experience on organizational commitment through job satisfaction as a mediating variable in employees of RS X in Semarang. The method used was a quantitative approach with a correlational research design, using questionnaires as a data collection instrument, involving 86 respondents selected through simple random sampling techniques, and analyzed using classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, and Sobel mediation tests. The results showed that work experience had a significant effect on organizational commitment, as shown by a significance value of 0.001 which was smaller than 0.05. Work experience has also been shown to have a significant effect on job satisfaction with a significance value of 0.000. Other findings show that job satisfaction has a significant effect on organizational commitment, with a significance value of 0.023. The mediation test showed that job satisfaction was able to mediate the influence of work experience on organizational commitment, where the indirect influence coefficient was proven to be significant based on the results of the Sobel test. Overall, this study confirms that employees' work experience not only shapes job satisfaction, but also strengthens their attachment to the organization, both directly and through the role of job satisfaction mediator.

Abstract

The implementation of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) is a key component of healthcare digital transformation aimed at improving the effectiveness of inpatient services. The success of EMR implementation is strongly influenced by the work culture of healthcare professionals. This study aims to analyze the role of work culture in supporting EMR implementation, identify existing challenges, and propose improvement strategies at Weda Bay Medical Center, North Maluku. This study employed a qualitative case study approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and document analysis, and analyzed using thematic analysis. The findings indicate that EMR implementation fosters a more disciplined, accountable, and digitally oriented work culture, leading to improved speed, accuracy, and coordination of inpatient services. However, challenges such as limited digital competence, resistance to change, and technical system issues remain. Continuous training, strengthened IT infrastructure, managerial support, and workflow adjustments are required to enhance effectiveness. The study concludes that an adaptive work culture is essential for effective EMR-based inpatient services.
