<![CDATA[This research is a descriptive qualitative study. Meanwhile, the approach taken by the researcher in this study is a case study approach. For data collection techniques, the researcher gathered data through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings from the observations indicate that there has been no application of management functions at the Mathla’ul Anwar Batujaya Karawang Study Group, thus the researcher needs to address the issues present in that Study Group. Therefore, the study group, which is still managed traditionally, needs to improve its management for better effectiveness. The purpose of this research is to understand how to enhance the spiritual life of the community through the implementation of management functions at the Mathla’ul Anwar Study Group. The results of this study show that the role of the Mathla’ul Anwar Study Group in enhancing the spiritual life of the community is to instill an awareness of the importance of knowledge about religion. However, there are inhibiting factors that still need to be improved, namely the absence of a schedule and curriculum for the lessons that will be delivered by the preacher at each event. In addition, there is still a low level of awareness among the congregation in attending the study sessions. Therefore, the solution to overcome these obstacles is to implement management functions such as creating a plan regarding the schedule of study materials according to the applied learning curriculum.]]>
