Abstract

In the Al-Qur'an there are many verses that command to speak with words that are in accordance with the ethics of communication in Islam. Such as: Qaulan Ma'ruufa, Qaulan Kariima, Qaulan Baligha, Qaulan Maisuuro, Qaulan Sadiida, Qaulan Layyina and other similar sentences.The purpose of this study is to find out in more detail about the branch of balaghah science, namely in the Qur'an which is related to the style of language for communication and strengthened by the views of commentators in his work in the field of interpretation. And in the Science of Balaghah, we study the use of communication language styles that are adapted to situations and conditions. The results of the research that has been carried out are about the comparison between the use of the word good communication and the use of the word communication that is not good, then contributions from all sides, that in any activity, the Qur'an has taught good communication, so this can be applied in the world of education or family education and study of the style of language used by the Qur'an in conveying its aims and objectives in communicating contains an element of its own beauty, because its use is adapted to situations and conditions. This research is included in qualitative research. The conclusion of this study is that the characteristics of polite language according to the six principles of Islamic communication in the Qur'an are utterances that have values: 1) truth, 2) honesty, 3) justice, 4) kindness, 5) straight, 6) smooth, 7 ) polite, 8) appropriate, 9) respectful, 10) solemn, 11) optimistic, 12) beautiful, 13) pleasant, 14) logical, 15) eloquent, 16) bright, 17) precise, 18) heartfelt, 19) in tune, 20) imposing, 21) calm, 22) effective, 23) mild, 24) generous, 25) gentle, 26) humble. When viewed in terms of degree, we will rank them as karima or noble, ma'rufa or good, layyina or gentle, baligha or precise, maysura or easy, and sadida or righteous. In the six principles of communication styles in the Qur'an that have been described above, when viewed from the science of balaghah, all words like anything must use a good communication style.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the problems of planning, implementing, evaluating the principals in improving the professionalism of teachers Islamic Religious Education through academic supervision, the effectiveness of academic supervision in improving professionalism and the role of principal as a supervisor in improving the professionalism of teachers Islamic Religious Education at SMKN 14 and 15 Bandung. The basic concept in this research used Terry's theory of management science, E Mulyasa about professional teacher and S. Arikunto about academic supervision. The research method used in this research is descriptive method with qualitative approach and techniques of collecting the data which are used in this research are by observation, interview, and documentation. The data which are used are primary data by using observation, interview and direct documentation to the Principal the Vice Principal of Curriculum and for an additional information is Islamic Religious Education Teachers at SMKN 14 and SMKN 15 Bandung. The result of the research showed that the management guidance of principal through academic supervision is very influential in improving the professionalism of teachers Islamic Religious Education. So that remember the professionalism of Islamic Religious Education Teachers is influenced by the Principal's Academic Supervision, this is need to be improved, not only for Islamic Religious Education teachers but also for all of the teachers in the school

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini pertama untuk mengamati secara lebih terperinci mengenai perencanaan strategi pelayanan tata kelola bimbingan manasik haji. Kedua untuk mengkaji secara mendalam mengenai Pelaksanaan dan pengawasan strategi pelayanan tata kelola bimbingan manasik haji. Ketiga untuk mengidentifikasi faktor pendorong dan penghambat strategi pelayanan tata kelola bimbingan manasik haji. Dan terakhir untuk menelaah secara lebih mendalam mengenai evaluasi strategi pelayanan tata kelola instruksi manasik haji untuk jamaah haji yang lebih tua di Kabupaten Karawang penulis menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dalam penelitian ini dan mengumpulkan data deskriptif melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Dari hasil penelitian ini, bahwa Kementrian Agama Kabupaten Karawang memiliki tiga tahap perencanaan, pertama perencanaan strategi pelayanan administrasi dan pelaksanaan manasik haji, perencanaan pengorganisasian, dan perencanaan seluruh rangkaian kegiatan manasik haji.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi supervisi akademik kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme guru di SMK Proklamasi Karawang, dan mengetahui seperti apa perencanaan supervisi akademik, pelaksanaan supervisi akademik, dan tindaklanjut supervisi akademik dalam rangka meningkatkan profesionalitas guru di SMK Proklamasi Karawang. Adapun lokasi diadakannya penelitian ini yaitu di SMK Proklamasi Karawang dengan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dan metode deskriptif analisis melalui penelitian lapangan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Adapun informan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum, dan guru SMK Proklamasi Karawang. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) perencanaan supervisi akademik dirancang oleh kepala sekolah dan tim penyusun supervisi, Adapun kegiatan pada tahap ini meliputi: merancang program dan jadwal pelaksanaan supervisi, menentukan teknik, instrumen, dan metode supervisi, menentukan subjek dan objek supervisi, dan menentukan kriteria keberhasilan dalam supervisi akademik. (2) pelaksanaan supervisi akademik dimulai dari: pemberian pembinaan awal kepada guru mengenai RPP dan silabus, pemeriksaan kelengkapan administrasi pembelajaran,mengamati pelaksanaan pembelajaran, dan melakukan penilaian pembelajaran dengan instrumen yang sudah disiapkan. (3) Tindaklanjut supervisi akademik yaitu dengan melaksanakan rapat evaluasi dengan seluruh dewan guru dan menentukan langkah rencana tindaklanjut dalam kegiatan supervisi akademik.

Abstract

Abstrak: Perkembangan dunia pendidikan sangat pesat, oleh karena itu dibutuhkan manajemen mutu untuk memastikan kesetaraan dalam pengaplikasian pelajaran, manajemen mutu proses pembelajaran yang seharusnya dapat meningkatkan kualitas proses pembelajaran perlu dianalisis secara mendalam. Berdasarkan pada hasil observasi yang dilakukan oleh peneliti permasalahan berkaitan dengan manajemen mutu dalam proses pembelajaran yang belum diterapkan secara maksimal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumen. Informan kunci dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah dan guru dari SMA 4 Karawang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, display dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SMA 4 Karawang telah menerapkan manajemen mutu dalam proses pembelajarannya akan tetapi efektifitas pelaksanaannya belum berjalan dengan baik. Sekolah belum sepenuhnya melaksanakan dimensi pelaksanaan mutu pendidikan dengan tepat. Fase pelaksanaan mutu berdasarkan hasil wawancara baru kepada fase awal pelaksanaan mutu. Hal ini terlihat dari pernyataan responden fasilitas yang masih perlu ditambah dan proses pengimplementasiannya menyesuaikan pada kondisi siswa. Kata Kunci : Manajemen Mutu, Proses pembelajaran

Abstract

Reading is a receptive language skill and is very important for life, meaning that reading brings someone to receive information from the activity. Beginning reading is one aspect of language skills that lasts for two years for the first and second grades of elementary school. Reading difficulties in lower grade students are quite numerous, there are still many students who do not know letters, have difficulty distinguishing letters, do not know diphthongs and consonants. This study aims to determine what are the beginning reading difficulties and the factors that influence students' reading difficulties. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method. Qualitative research is used to understand the subjects studied about the causes of reading difficulties experienced by the subjects and the influence of reading difficulties on the scores of each subject. Based on the results of observations of 25 grade I students at SD Negeri 38 Sorong City, 8 students were identified as unable, 10 were quite able and 7 were able. There are several factors why students experience reading difficulties including low ability and interest of students in learning activities, family and environmental factors.

Abstract

This research discusses career guidance services at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Karawang and how the management of guidance and counseling facilities and infrastructure influences these services. The research background shows that the existing facilities and infrastructure are inadequate, so that the guidance and counseling room cannot guarantee students' privacy. This research aims to determine the planning, procurement, utilization, maintenance and supervision of guidance and counseling infrastructure in the implementation of career guidance services. The method used is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach and an ex-post facto type of research. The research population consisted of all 134 class XII students, and data collection techniques included questionnaires, observation and documentation with Likert scale instruments. The research results show that the management of guidance and counseling infrastructure is in the medium category with a score of 58%, while student career guidance services are also in the medium category with a score of 82%. There is a significant influence between the management of guidance and counseling infrastructure on career guidance services for class XII students at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Karawang.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine how students taught with inquiry-based learning strategies differ from students taught with expository-based learning strategies in terms of their PAI learning outcomes, how students taught with inquiry-based and expository-based learning strategies differ in terms of their overall learning motivation, and how learning strategies and learning motivation interact to affect PAI learning outcomes. different in terms of overall learning motivation, and how learning strategies and learning motivation interact to affect PAI learning outcomes. With PAI learning outcomes as the dependent variable, the treatment of learning strategies as the independent variable, and the quality of learning motivation as the independent variable, this research was conducted using an experimental methodology. By incorporating certain learning motives, the 2x2 factorial experimental design compares two learning strategies: the expository learning approach and the inquiry learning strategy. The results of this study indicate that the average PAI learning outcomes of students taught using the inquiry learning strategy ( = 83.08) are higher compared to the average PAI learning outcomes of students taught using the expository learning strategy ( = 78.87). This is also evidenced by the significance value = 0.024 < α = 0.05. The average PAI learning outcomes of students with high learning motivation ( = 83.45) overall, whether taught with inquiry learning strategies or expository learning strategies, are higher compared to the average PAI learning outcomes of students with low learning motivation ( = 79.26). This is also evidenced by the significance value = 0.028 < α = 0.05. And there is an interaction between learning strategies and student learning motivation that has a different impact on PAI learning outcomes. This is evidenced by the significance value = 0.009 < α = 0.05.

Abstract

Pesantren is an institution that serves as a platform for the younger generation to gain knowledge, particularly Islamic religious education. Santri, as the golden generation of the future, must be equipped with strong religious knowledge for their afterlife while also being motivated to pursue higher education as a preparation for their careers in today's complex and highly competitive global world. This program aims to enhance the motivation of santri at Pesantren Mathla'ul Anwar Karyabakti, Karawang Regency, to pursue higher education. Pesantren is chosen as the implementation site because it is where many santri live and learn, thus ensuring a significant impact on the target group. The implementation steps include organizing training for the Career Guidance Service Program, specifically designed to meet the needs of santri. The training materials cover concepts of career guidance services, career planning, motivation for further studies in higher education, and opportunities and challenges in the development of science and technology in the future. Additionally, practical applications such as case studies or simulations are also included. Through this program, santri are expected to enhance their understanding of career guidance services, enabling them to make more informed and responsible career planning decisions. Moreover, increasing the motivation to pursue higher education is expected to help santri plan better career directions for the future. The implementation of this PKM program is designed holistically and systematically to achieve clear and measurable career direction goals for the santri. Program evaluation is conducted to assess the level of understanding and behavioral changes among the santri after participating in the training. Feedback collection from participants and pesantren management is also involved to continually improve the program's quality. Thus, this PKM program is capable of making a positive contribution to enhancing the motivation of santri to continue to higher education, enabling them to be better prepared to face technological challenges and empower themselves in the future. Conclusion The training revealed that many santri have not yet determined their future careers or have a clear picture of the higher education pathways to pursue. This training serves as both motivation and socialization about the importance of determining future career directions for santri. Outputs of this community service program include a scientific article published in a nationally indexed Sinta journal, an activity video, a printed mass media article, and relevant intellectual property products (HKI).

Abstract

The family is the first school for every individual born into this world; therefore, instilling educational values should naturally begin within the family environment. This workshop program aims to enhance parents' awareness and understanding of family education and to create a healthy, supportive, and conducive environment for the optimal development of children in Telukambulu Village, Batu Jaya Subdistrict, Karawang Regency. This village was selected based on the evident need for parenting education that directly engages the community. Through family-based parenting workshops, this program focuses on shaping a generation that is religious, intelligent, and of strong character through a holistic and integrated approach. The program involves collaboration with local religious institutions such as mosques, Majelis Taklim, and community organizations to ensure its sustainability and relevance. Five strategic steps are undertaken, including: 1) Collaboration with local religious institutions, 2) Designing parenting programs tailored to the culture and understanding of the local community, 3) Integrating character values such as honesty, discipline, and responsibility into daily family life, 4) Promoting literacy and formal education as part of developing an intelligent generation, and 5) Encouraging active parental involvement in educating children through positive parenting practices. The outcomes of this workshop program not only include the formation of a generation that is religious, intelligent, and of strong character but also a reduction in juvenile delinquency through the application of religious and moral values. By strengthening moral foundations, children are expected to overcome social pressures and make appropriate decisions, contributing to their mental and emotional well-being while improving family harmony. The outputs of this program include scientific articles published in Sinta-indexed national journals, activity videos, articles in print media, and relevant Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) products. In conclusion, many parents still raise their children using traditional parenting methods, while today’s Gen-Z children require adjustments in parenting approaches to ensure proper guidance and education for their future. Thus, this workshop serves as a means of providing understanding and literacy for parents in raising their children effectively.
