Abstract

Personnel Archive Information System (SIAK) is an important aspect in the effective and efficient management of human resources in an organization.The purpose of this study is to facilitate the work of administrative staff in managing personnel archive data so that it can be resolved more effectively and efficiently. The method used in this study, which uses a quantitative approach by applying pieces analysis based on the results of field studies with data collection using observation and interviews at SMP Negeri 2 Rangkasbitung. The method in the development of the system is to use the waterfall method. In this study has been designed a personnel Archive Information System at SMP Negeri 2 Rangkasbitung, where the information system is built using the programming language PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) and MySQL as a Database Management System (DBMS). With the personnel Archive Information System is expected to facilitate personnel administration staff in managing data and information concerning the management of personnel archive data at SMP Negeri 2 Rangkasbitung.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan meningkatkan kapasitas tata kelola dan manajemen komunitas di Desa Jengkol, Kecamatan Kresek, Kabupaten Tangerang melalui pemanfaatan teknologi informasi. Pelatihan dilaksanakan pada Desember 2024–Januari 2025 dan dirancang untuk memperkuat kemampuan komunitas lokal dalam mengelola organisasi, menyusun program kerja, mendokumentasikan kegiatan, serta menggunakan platform digital untuk komunikasi dan pelaporan. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup observasi awal, pemetaan kebutuhan komunitas, pelatihan dasar teknologi informasi, workshop manajemen komunitas, dan pendampingan digital. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam literasi digital, efektivitas komunikasi komunitas, serta kemampuan dalam mengelola data dan dokumentasi organisasi. Program ini memberikan model penguatan kapasitas yang dapat direplikasi pada komunitas lain.

Abstract

The aim of this paper is to design and develop a system that supports decision making in selecting the best students and evaluating the effectiveness of its implementation. The expected benefit is the creation of a more accurate and efficient selection process, ensuring that the best students have the potential and qualifications according to the needs of Madrasah Diniyah Miftahul Huda Serang. Madrasah Diniyah Miftahul Huda Serang faces challenges in determining the ranking of the best students because the selection process is carried out manually, which is prone to errors and less efficient. This research aims to develop a Decision Support System (DSS) using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) Method to increase objectivity and efficiency in assessment. The SAW method allows a more systematic assessment based on previously established criteria. This research focuses on the process of ranking the best students at Madrasah Diniyah Miftahul Huda Serang and the development of SAW-based SPK. The implementation of information technology is expected to increase accuracy and efficiency in the student selection process.
