Abstract

Kegiatan beternak kambing telah menjadi bagian dari aktivitas ekonomi masyarakat sejak lama, baik sebagai sumber pendapatan tambahan maupun sebagai tabungan jangka panjang. Namun demikian, sebagian besar peternak masih menjalankan usaha ternaknya secara tradisional, dengan skala kecil dan minim sentuhan manajemen usaha modern. Pengabdian ini dilakukan untuk menjawab fenomena yang terjadi dilapangan yang terjadi pada perternak rakyat di desa Sidorejo Dusun Krajan RT 1 RW I Kabupaten Tulungagung yang menunjukan bahwa usaha ternak kambing hanya kegiatan sambilan tanpa orientasi pada usaha bisnis yang jelas. Kondisi ini muncul karena keterbatasan SDM terkhusus pada penguasaan manajerial,kemampuan kewirausahaan dan skill Pemasaran. Tujuan Abdimas ini untuk peningkatan kapasitas SDM peternak melalui Pelatihan dan Pendampingan. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan meliputi pelatihan mindset kewirausahaan , pendampingan manajemen usaha (business plan), dan juga pelatihan pemasaran produk ternak melalui platform digital untuk memperluas jangkauan pasar. Hasil pengabdian yang dicapai bagi peternak: peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan usaha. Bagi Unikama: memperkuat citra institusi sebagai kampus yang berkontribusi nyata bagi masyarakat. Kata kunci: Pelatihan , Kewirausahaan, Business Plan, Digital Marketing Abstract Goat farming has long been part of the community's economic activities, both as a source of additional income and as long-term savings. However, most farmers still run their livestock businesses traditionally, on a small scale and with minimal modern business management. This community service program was carried out to address the phenomenon observed in the field among smallholder farmers in Sidorejo Village, Krajan Hamlet, RT 1 RW I, Tulungagung Regency, which showed that goat farming was only a side activity without a clear business orientation. This condition arose due to limited human resources, particularly in terms of managerial skills, entrepreneurial skills, and marketing skills. The objective of this community service program is to improve the capacity of livestock farmers through training and mentoring. The methods used include entrepreneurial mindset training, business management mentoring (business plan), and marketing training for livestock products through digital platforms to expand market reach. The outcomes achieved for farmers include improved business knowledge and skills. For Unikama, this initiative strengthens the institution's image as a university that makes a tangible contribution to society. Keywords: Training, Entrepreneurship, Business Plan, Digital Marketing

Abstract

This study aims to examine the direct and indirect influence of Islamic Spirituality Internalization and Meaning of Work on Employee Performance within the unique context of the Ash-Shiddiqy Islamic Boarding School Employee Cooperative. The research issue centers on the significance of internal, non-material dimensions as drivers of superior performance, particularly in value-based organizations. Employing a quantitative explanatory design with a positivism paradigm, the study utilized a census approach (total sampling) involving all 118 employees and teachers. Data analysis, conducted through Path Analysis, revealed that Islamic Spirituality Internalization positively and significantly affects the Meaning of Work (P=0.000) and has a significant direct influence on Employee Performance (P=0.000). Furthermore, the Meaning of Work was proven to have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (P=0.001). The key finding is the acceptance of the mediation hypothesis, confirming that the Meaning of Work effectively mediates the relationship between Islamic Spirituality Internalization and Employee Performance. In conclusion, the management's reinforcement of religious values (Tawhid and Amanah) can enhance Employee Performance both directly and indirectly by increasing spiritual purpose and meaning in their work, affirming the relevance of value-based HRM theories in a religious setting.
