Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan metode proyek dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di era digital melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode kajian literatur dalam lima tahun terakhir. Metode studi literatur ini dilaksanakan melalui beberapa langkah sistematis, yaitu penelusuran artikel ilmiah dan buku daring menggunakan basis data Google Scholar dan DOAJ dalam kurun waktu lima tahun terakhir, seleksi sumber berdasarkan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi yang ditetapkan, analisis isi (content analysis) untuk mengidentifikasi tema, pola, dan kesenjangan penelitian, serta sintesis temuan untuk merumuskan rekomendasi pengembangan pembelajaran PAI berbasis proyek di era digital. Pendekatan ini memungkinkan peneliti memperoleh gambaran komprehensif dan mendalam mengenai penerapan metode proyek dalam PAI. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa metode proyek mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar, motivasi, dan keterlibatan siswa secara signifikan. Model Project-Based Learning (PjBL) juga terbukti efektif dalam mengembangkan keterampilan abad ke-21, seperti berpikir kritis, kolaborasi, komunikasi, kreativitas, dan literasi digital yang penting bagi peserta didik di era teknologi. Integrasi media digital dalam proyek meliputi, pembuatan video dakwah, portfolio digital, infografis akhlak, serta konten pembelajaran kreatif menjadikan pembelajaran PAI lebih interaktif, aplikatif, dan bermakna. Namun, penerapan PjBL masih menghadapi kendala berupa keterbatasan literasi digital guru, kesiapan infrastruktur, serta alokasi waktu yang terbatas. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa metode proyek merupakan pendekatan yang relevan dan efektif untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran PAI di era digital, terutama apabila didukung kompetensi guru dan fasilitas teknologi yang memadai.

Abstract

This classroom action research aims to improve students’ ability in reading the Qur’an through the Tilawati method at SMA IT Pondok Pesantren Al Hidayah. The background of this study is the low level of students’ fluency, accuracy, and understanding of tajwid in Qur’anic recitation. Many students still experience difficulties in pronouncing makhraj, applying tajwid rules, and reading fluently. Therefore, an effective and systematic learning method is needed to enhance students’ Qur’anic reading skills, this research employed a classroom action research design consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection in two cycles. The participants of this study were students of SMA IT Pondok Pesantren Al Hidayah. Data were collected through observation sheets, reading tests, and documentation. The Tilawati method was implemented through structured learning stages, including classical, individual, and talaqqi-based practices, supported by rhythmic recitation and teacher guidance. the results of the study showed that the implementation of the Tilawati method significantly improved students’ Qur’anic reading skills. Students demonstrated better fluency, accuracy in tajwid, and confidence in reading. The average score increased from the pre-cycle to the second cycle. In addition, students showed higher motivation and active participation during the learning process. Thus, the Tilawati method can be considered effective in improving students’ ability to read the Qur’an in Islamic boarding school environments.
