Abstract

Pendidikan inklusif merupakan sebuah pendekatan dalam pendidikan yang memberikan kesempatan kepada Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus (ABK) untuk belajar tanpa diskriminasi. Meskipun demikian, penerapan pendidikan inklusif di lapangan masih menghadapi berbagai kendala. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengetahuan pedagogis guru tentang pendidikan inklusif, peran guru dan sikap guru terhadap (ABK) serta hambatan penerapan pendidikan inklusif di UPTD Sekolah Dasar Sikumana 3. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket (Kuesioner) dan wawancara mendalam terhadap guru kelas yang mengampu pendidikan inklusif. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa guru memiliki wawasan yang luas terhadap pendidikan inklusif dan sikap yang terbuka terhadap anak berkebutuhan khusus dengan pemanfaatan media teknologi dan visual. Guru memiliki peran sentral dalam pendidikan inklusif berbagai dimensi kompetensi dan kendala yang terjadi di awal. Hambatan ini muncul karena setiap peserta didik, terutama Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus (ABK), memiliki kebutuhan dan karakteristik yang beragam.

Abstract

This study aims to examine teachers’ efforts, challenges, and solutions in fostering the eight dimensions of the Graduate Profile, as well as the impact of its implementation on students at UPTD SD Inpres Sikumana 3. The study employed a quantitative approach using a survey method, with data collected through Likert-scale questionnaires administered to teachers and fifth-grade students. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, including the number of respondents (N), minimum score, maximum score, mean, and standard deviation. The findings indicate that teachers’ efforts in fostering the eight dimensions of the Graduate Profile are categorized as high, while the challenges faced by teachers are at a moderate level. Meanwhile, the solutions implemented by teachers are categorized as very high, reflecting strong professional commitment in overcoming existing challenges. In addition, the implementation of the Graduate Profile shows a positive impact on students, which is categorized as high, particularly in terms of character development, learning attitudes, and basic competencies. Overall, this study demonstrates that consistent teachers’ efforts supported by effective solutions play a crucial role in optimizing the implementation of the Graduate Profile in elementary schools.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze teacher readiness, challenges, and the impact of implementing the Merdeka Curriculum with a Deep Learning approach at UPTD SD Inpres Oesapa. The method used is descriptive quantitative, with data collected through questionnaires and interviews involving 10 teachers and 20 students. The key findings indicate that teacher readiness is in the good category (82%), challenges faced are relatively low (46.2%), and the implementation impact is rated very high (90.2%). Students also experienced positive impacts, with improvements in independence, conceptual understanding, and learning motivation reaching 74.4%. These results indicate that the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum with a Deep Learning approach is effective, although further mentoring in project-based learning planning and provision of supporting facilities is still needed.
