Abstract

Tindakan seperti terlambat sekolah, membolos, melanggar aturan seragam, hingga merokok menjadi bentuk perilaku bermasalah yang ditemukan di SMP Negeri 3 Wonosobo. Fenomena ini menunjukkan adanya hambatan siswa dalam mengontrol diri sesuai norma sekolah. Oleh karena itu, penanganan serius dari pihak sekolah sangat diperlukan. Tugas seorang guru tidak hanya mentransfer ilmu di kelas, tetapi juga membentuk karakter siswa. Di sinilah guru Bimbingan dan Konseling memegang peran sentral melalui pendekatan yang humanis untuk mendampingi dan mengentaskan perilaku menyimpang tersebut. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran guru bimbingan konseling dalam mengatasi siswa bermasalah di SMP Negeri 3 Wonosobo. Penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif ini dilaksanakan pada Mei hingga Juni 2026 di SMP Negeri 3 Wonosobo. Data dikumpulkan melalui teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penanganan siswa bermasalah di sekolah ini berada dalam kategori cukup baik. Disimpulkan bahwa guru Bimbingan dan Konseling telah menjalankan perannya secara optimal sebagai pembimbing, teladan, pengawas, dan pengendali melalui pemantauan intensif selama jam sekolah untuk mencegah perilaku menyimpang. Ke depan, guru BK disarankan untuk terus mengedukasi siswa mengenai pentingnya pemulihan perilaku serta meningkatkan intensitas layanan bimbingan baik klasikal, kelompok, maupun individu secara lebih adaptif.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Life Skills education efforts implemented by IPNU IPPNU to develop critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and communication skills in students at MTs Ma'arif Ar-Ridho Wonosobo. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods, using data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that various programs and activities organized by IPNU IPPNU, such as leadership training, discussion forums, social activities, and the development of interests and talents, significantly contribute to improving students' 4C competencies: Critical Thinking, Creativity, Collaboration, and Communication. Students' critical thinking skills develop through discussions and studies, creativity grows through innovative and productive activities, collaboration is fostered through group activities, and communication skills are enhanced through public speaking practice and active participation in organizations. Thus, the Life Skills education implemented by IPNU IPPNU has proven to be a powerful complement to formal education in developing students who are active, confident, and possess 21st-century skills. This study recommends that these programs continue to be developed sustainably to improve the quality of students' human resources

Abstract

Character education is one of the fundamental aspects in shaping the personality of the younger generation, especially amid the moral and spiritual challenges of the modern era. This study aims to determine: (1) the process of forming the religious character of adolescent girls through Fatayat Nahdlatul Ulama (NU), (2) the effectiveness of religious character formation through Fatayat NU activities in Wonokromo Village, Mojotengah District, Wonosobo Regency, and (3) the supporting and inhibiting factors in its implementation. This study employed a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation involving Fatayat NU administrators, members, adolescent girls, and the chairperson of Fatayat NU. Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman model, while data validity was ensured through source and method triangulation. The results show that the formation of religious character is carried out through routine religious studies, mujahadah, yasin and tahlil activities, and Friday charity programs. These activities contribute to the development of religious values, discipline, responsibility, social awareness, and Islamic morals among adolescent girls. Supporting factors include organizational support, family and community involvement, religious environments, and participants’ motivation. Meanwhile, inhibiting factors include limited participation, technological influences, time constraints, inadequate facilities, and differences in participants’ backgrounds. Therefore, Fatayat NU plays an important role in fostering the religious character of adolescent girls through continuous religious, social, and educational activities

Abstract

The research aims to determine the effect of compensation and career development through motivation on performance. This study used a proportionate stratified random sampling technique, with a total of 27 samples distributed to Lecturers of Islamic Religious Education at the University of Science Al-Qur'an Wonosobo. The research analysis used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the LISREL program. The results of the study stated that when career development was increased, the motivation of the PAI lecturer at the Al-Qur'an Science University of Wonosobo also increased. When compensation is done well, the motivation of the lecturers increases. When lecturers have high work motivation, their performance is also high. When career development is increased, performance increases. When the process of giving compensation is done well, performance increases. When the career development process is improved through motivation, the performance of the lecturers increases. When compensation is increased through motivation, the performance of lecturers increases. This research provides advice to the leaders of the University of Al-Qur'an Science Wonosobo so that the provision of compensation and the career development process for lecturers is improved.
