Abstract

The Faculty of Computer Science, Dharmas University Indonesia must have adequate laboratory facilities, this is because the Departments in the Faculty of Computer Science are 60% practice and 40% theory. Currently the facilities owned by this Faculty are quite adequate but administratively they are still not supportive. One of them is the process of borrowing computers, scheduling practices, and processing Inventory data which is still conventional, which is done by recording on a ledger and a piece of paper. If this continues, it is likely that data will easily be lost in the administration of documents and goods data that is not neat. In addition, officers will find it difficult to determine the scheduling of practicum courses. To solve these problems, a web-based laboratory Management Information System was designed to make it easier for workforce officers and lecturers to carry out learning activities and borrow practicum tools. The Waterfall method is used to build this system. The results of the research are web products built using PHP MySQL. Through this system the performance of officers is increasing because officers can manage inventory data, information on incoming and outgoing goods, scheduling courses, borrowing computer workforce facilities easily and quickly.

Abstract

Berkembangnya teknologi informasi memberikan suatu yang sangat besar seperti memberikan suatu kemudah baik dari segi mengumpulkan data serta menyimpan sesuatu dalam hal apapun. Salah satu yang yang bisa dipermudah dalam segi menyajikan informasi ada atau tidaknya persediaan barang pada suatu badan perusahaan. Salah satu hal yang bisa lebih di kembangkan melalui teknologi ialah dengan pelaksanaan suatu kegiatan dengan memakai proses supply chain pada managemen badan perusahaan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem yang di sebut software, untuk membantu penelitian ini, diperlukan susunan kerangka kerja yang jelas tahapan-tahapannya. Metode peneliti sebagai alat penelitian yang artinya peneliti sebagai alat utama pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan teknik pengamatan dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan dengan adanya suatu aplikasi inventori  yang terkomputerisasi yang menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP dan database Mysql barang dapat mempermudah Toko Grosir Empat Putra dalam mengelola data persedian barannya serta memberikan kemudahan bagi karyawan dan anggota toko dalam mengelola dan mengetahui ketersedian barang jualanya, selain itu juga erat kaitannya dalam menciptakan keuntungan bagi perusahaan.

Abstract

Sistem pengelolaan arsip merupakan aspek penting dalam administrasi pemerintahan, termasuk ditingkat desa batu kerbau kecamatan pelepat, pengelolaan arsip sebelumnya masih dilakukan secara konvesional mengunakan dokumen fisik yang rentan terhadap kerusakan dan kehilangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem informasi e-arsip berbasis website guna mendukung pengelolaan arsip yang lebih efisien,aman, dan mudah diakses. Sistem dirancang mengunakan perangkat lunak waterfall dengan Bahasa pemograman PHP dan database MySQL. hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah sistem e-arsip berbasis web yang dapat digunakan oleh admin untuk menambah,mengedit, menghapus arsip, serta mencetak laporan arsip. Implementasi sistem ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kinerja administrasi, mengurangi resiko kehilangan arsip, dan mempermudah proses pencarian dokumen di kantor desa batu kerbau.

Abstract

The manual food ordering process at Zhafha's Home Restaurant often results in long lines and long wait times, disrupting customer convenience, especially for office workers with limited rest time. To address this issue, a website-based food ordering system was developed. This system allows customers to order directly through their devices by scanning a QR code provided at the table. Key features include menu display, special promotion information, and digital order data storage. Despite potential challenges such as lack of internet access, the restaurant provides free Wi-Fi and continues to accept manual orders. Implementing this system is expected to improve operational efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction, as well as attract new customers.

Abstract

Selecting oil palm seeds that suit soil quality and climate conditions is an important factor in increasing plantation productivity. However, the seed selection process is still largely based on experience, potentially resulting in decisions that are less objective and not in accordance with land characteristics. This study aims to develop a web-based decision support system to recommend the best oil palm seeds based on soil quality data and climate conditions using the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method. System development was carried out using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method with a Waterfall model that includes problem identification, literature study, data collection, needs analysis, implementation of the TOPSIS method, application development using the CodeIgniter framework and MySQL database, and system testing. The TOPSIS method is implemented through the stages of decision matrix formation, normalization, criteria weighting, determining positive and negative ideal solutions, calculating the distance between each alternative, and determining preference values ​​to produce the best seed recommendations. The results showed that the system is able to process data on soil quality, rainfall, temperature, humidity, soil texture, and seed characteristics into objective seed recommendations based on TOPSIS preference values. System testing using the Blackbox Testing method showed that all application functions run according to functional requirements without any errors. The system developed is expected to help farmers and plantation managers in determining the oil palm seeds that are most suitable for land conditions more quickly, accurately, and objectively.

Abstract

The Regional House of Representatives (DPRD) of Dharmasraya Regency, as a regional legislative institution, carries out various activities, one of which is official travel. These activities include working visits, comparative studies, recess activities, coordination meetings, and other activities that support the implementation of the DPRD’s duties and functions. Each official travel activity requires a reporting process as a form of administrative accountability and activity documentation. The implementation of a web-based information system for official travel reporting is expected to improve employee performance, minimize errors in data processing, and enhance transparency and accountability in the management of DPRD activities in Dharmasraya Regency. The development of the official travel reporting information system employs the Waterfall method. This study is also expected to make a positive contribution to the Dharmasraya Regency DPRD office, particularly in reporting the activities of DPRD members.
