This study analyzes the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats posed by Post Office Malang 65100 to achieve maximum results in services offered by PT. Pos Indonesian, by identifying all the resources and supporting services of PT. Pos Indonesia and analyze the strategic plan that must be done Post Office Malang 65100 in achieving organizational goals that have been specified. The research categorized as qualitative descriptive uses researchers as a key instrument in this study. Data collection techniques used include interview techniques and documentation of archives and other secondary data published by PT. Pos Indonesian.The result of data analysis with external internal matrix has illustrated the position of Post Office Malang 65100 in position of growth and stability and in SWOT quadrant diagram assessed that Post Office Malang 65100 has opportunity and strength which means can support aggressive growth policy so that it is possible that postal service offered can be expanded its market share, especially to start taking into account the growing development of micro, small and medium enterprises as a new market share of postal services. Capacity building of the employees as one of the main elements for the company and inter-institutional cooperation relationships that have been done or will be done need special attention to maximize the performance of Post Office Malang 65100

Sustainable development programs in community life can enhance the welfare of the people in Malang City, especially in Rukun Warga 10, Tanjungrejo Village. Applying the community-based economic empowerment model sustainably can yield a significant positive impact. This research aims to illustrate how to manage used cooking oil waste as a community-based initiative that benefits both the economy and the environment. The focus of this research is the Kios Berkat Jelantah (Betah) Gempol Marga Bakti (Gemati) program, with an emphasis on descriptive data analysis. The results show that active collaboration between various parties, such as local communities, village officials, and educational institutions, encourages community participation in collecting and processing the used cooking oil into value-added products like soap and candles. This program has a positive impact on environmental preservation and provides new economic opportunities for local residents.

Digitalisation in vocational education plays an important role in improving skills and work readiness in developing countries. Through the application of digital technology, access to more varied and quality learning resources becomes easier, and more interactive learning methods can be implemented. This approach not only strengthens learners' theoretical understanding but also provides practical experience needed in the industrialised world. The integration of technology tools and applications used in real industries into the vocational education curriculum ensures learners' readiness to face the evolving world of work. Technology-based training such as virtual simulations and e-learning platforms contribute significantly to learners' adaptability to technological changes and industry developments. In addition, digitalisation opens up wider collaboration opportunities between educational institutions, industry and government, creating a supportive ecosystem for innovation and knowledge transfer. Through technology-based internship programmes and partnerships with technology companies, learners can gain relevant work experience and direct feedback from the industry. Overall, digitalisation in vocational education strengthens the link between education and the world of work, preparing learners with the necessary skills and competencies to compete in the global job market.

Pertumbuhan penduduk merupakan faktor penting dalam perencanaan Pembangunan suatu wilayah dan juga menjadi parameter untuk melakukan strategi ekonomi bagi pelaku usaha. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memprediksi jumlah penduduk kota tual pada tahun 2026 hingga tahun 2030 dengan menggunakan persamaan differensial dan diasumsikan model tumbuh secara eksponensial. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini bersumber dari Badan Pusat Statistik Provinsi maluku dari tahun 2020-2024. Dari hasil analisis yang dilakukan diperoleh laju pertumbuhan penduduk kota Tual sebesar 1,22% per tahun. Dengan demikian diperkirakan jumlah penduduk kota Tual akan bertambah sebanyak 7.049 jiwa selama 6 tahun dari 2024-2030 yakni dari 92.744 jiwa pada tahun 2024 bertambah menjadi 99.793 jiwa pada tahun 2030. Rekomendasi dari hasil penelitian ini adalah perlunya pengendalian laju pertumbuhan penduduk melalui kebijakan kependudukan berbasis data serta optimalisasi tata ruang dan infrastruktur yang memperhatikan dinamika pertumbuhan penduduk. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan acuan bagi pemerintah daerah dan pemangku kepentingan dalam Menyusun strategi Pembangunan dan ekonomi jangka pendek.

Ohoi Faan in Southeast Maluku Regency has a rich potential for cultural tourism, with various cultural activities that are still actively practiced by the local community as a traditional royal village. This study explores the cultural tourism potential of Ohoi Faan in the Kei Islands, an area rich in cultural heritage and history. The main goal is to understand how developing this potential can contribute to strengthening the local economy. Using a qualitative descriptive approach—through interviews, participatory observations, and document reviews—the research highlights several cultural sites, such as traditional houses, ancient wells, royal tombs, and Japanese bunkers, which could attract visitors. Local cultural festivals like Meti Kei, along with traditional crafts, also add to the area's appeal. Despite facing challenges such as limited infrastructure and minimal government support, the local community shows strong commitment to preserving its cultural identity. This is evident in their collaborative efforts with various stakeholders. Developing cultural tourism in Ohoi Faan offers promising opportunities—not only for creating jobs and boosting small businesses (SMEs) but also for promoting sustainable economic growth without compromising the region’s cultural values.

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan untuk memberdayakan UMKM Dapur Mama Domi yang bergerak dalam produksi pangan lokal enbal di Desa Wisata Ngilngof, Kabupaten Maluku Tenggara. Enbal, sebagai pangan tradisional berbasis singkong, memiliki potensi ekonomi sekaligus nilai budaya yang penting, namun pengembangan usahanya masih menghadapi kendala serius pada aspek manajemen usaha, pemasaran, dan kapasitas produksi. Metode kegiatan yang digunakan adalah pelatihan dan pendampingan dengan strategi bertahap, yang meliputi: (1) peningkatan kapasitas manajemen usaha melalui pelatihan identifikasi biaya produksi, penentuan harga pokok produksi, pencatatan keuangan, serta penggunaan aplikasi digital payment; (2) penguatan strategi pemasaran melalui pelatihan digital marketing, pembuatan konten kreatif, dan desain kemasan produk; serta (3) peningkatan kapasitas produksi melalui penyuluhan perizinan usaha dan pengadaan peralatan produksi yang memadai. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada kemampuan mitra dalam mengelola usaha, memperluas akses pemasaran digital, dan meningkatkan kualitas serta daya saing produk enbal. Selain itu, kegiatan ini memberikan manfaat sosial-ekonomi berupa peningkatan pendapatan UMKM, sekaligus mendukung pelestarian pangan lokal sebagai ikon kuliner wisata. Kegiatan ini juga sejalan dengan pencapaian Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) dan Indikator Kinerja Utama (IKU) Perguruan Tinggi melalui keterlibatan mahasiswa dalam pendampingan berbasis proyek. Dengan demikian, program pengabdian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model pemberdayaan UMKM lokal berbasis potensi pangan tradisional yang berkelanjutan.

Documentation in the digital era is a trend that is used daily both in the form of lecture material documents, scientific literature such as journals, ebooks and so on. Ease of access, conciseness, and saving paper characterizes digital documents, as well as documentation of activities, both photos and minutes of meetings. The problem raised in this study is that meeting and seminar activities at Widya Karya Catholic University in Malang have not been properly recorded, this is because the recording of minutes is done manually and is not stored centrally, making it difficult at times, for example accreditation to access the results of meeting discussions, therefore the authors designed and built a website-based note-taking system so that it can be easily accessed. System development using the php codeigniter framework and mysql database results in a centralized note taking system that is easy for users to use.

Certificate of Diploma Companion (SKPI) is not only considered as a complement but shows data on student activities and skills or skills both academic and non-academic that a student has. In making the SKPI document, it is also known that the student point system is used to calculate all of these activities and is used as one of the prerequisites for graduation. The problem the writer encountered was that publishing SKPI students took a long time and also with the large amount of student data managing the SKPI and not yet having an integrated e-point system, so in this study the authors carried out system development in calculating points to meet the website-based SKPI requirements using yii framework. Through the results of this study, the results of an e-point system were obtained which were able to streamline and speed up the calculation of points for SKPI
