Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah  untuk mengetahui  pengaruh Inflasi,  Suku Bunga terhadap Index Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG) periode 2014-2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif  penelitian yang berusaha untuk menjelaskan hubungan kausal (causal relationship) antara variabel-variabel penelitian melalui pengujian hipotesis. Analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linear berganda.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Inflasi (X1) berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap Indeks Harga Saham Gabungn (IHSG). Nilai inflasi sebesar 0,377 lebih besar dari pada taraf signifikansi sebesar 0,05. Suku bunga memiliki pengaruh negatif namun tidak signifikan terhadap Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG). Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh nilai tingkat suku bunga (X2) sebesar -2,473 dengan nilai sig. t dari taraf signifikan yang ditentukan (0,132 > 0,05).

Abstract

Kepuasan masyarakat merupakan faktor yang sangat penting dan menentukan keberhasilan organisasi publik dalam menyampaikan pelayanan. Fokus penelitian ini yaitu pada kepuasan masyarakat terhadap pelayanan publik pada RSUD Lakipadada. Penelitan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan RSUD Lakipadada kepada masyarakat dan untuk mengetahui tingkat kesesuaian antara kinerja pelayanan dengan harapan atau tingkat kepentingan masyarakat pengguna jasa. Metode yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif deskriptif. Teknik analisis dengan menggunakan Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat (IKM). Kepuasan Masyarakat (IKM) dihitung dengan menggunakan nilai rata-rata tertimbang masing-masing unsur pelayanan sesuai dengan Keputusan Menteri Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara No. 14 Tahun 2017. Hasil penelitian pengukuran Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat (IKM) menunjukkan kualitas dari pelayanan RSUD Lakipadada Kabupaten Tana Toraja dengan menggunakan Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat (IKM) sesuai dengan Keputusan Menteri Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara No. 14 tahun 2017 maka nilai interval konversi Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat (IKM) sebesar 72,325 dengan mutu pelayanan C dan kinerja unit pelayanan yang kurang baik.

Abstract

Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) berupaya untuk mengembangkan sistem perlindungan sosial terhadap warga yang kurang miskin dan rentan di Indonesia dengan menekankan peran ibu rumah tangga dalam meningkatkan kualitas hidup keluarga melalui pemberian bantuan tunai bersyarat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peemberdayaan perempuan melalui Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) di Lembang Kole Barebatu Kabupaten Tana Toraja. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskritif dengan teknik pengumpulan data, observasi langsung, wawancara terhadap beberapa informan, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data Miles dan Huberman yaitu: Reduksi Data, Display Data, dan Penarikan Kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberdayaan perempuan melalui Program Keluarga Harapan sudah terlaksana dengan baik. Pendamping PKH berperan aktif melalui pertemuan rutin bulanan yang diisi dengan pelatihan bagi ibu rumah tangga anggota PKH mengenai pendidikan anak, kesehatan keluarga dan pengelolaan usaha kelompok untuk mewujudkan tujuan PKH yaitu keluarga yang sehat, sejahtera dan mandiri secara finansial.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pajak Hotel, Pajak Restoran, dan Pajak Hiburan terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) Kabupaten Tana Toraja periode tahun 2015-2019. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di BAPENDA Kabupaten Tana Toraja dengan metode observasi, wawancara dan studi kepustakaan yang dilakukan secara sistematik berdasarkan tujuan penelitian. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode analisis regresi linear berganda dan uji hipotesis dengan uji t dan uji F. Dari hasil uji T ditemukan bahwa pajak Hotel tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan dengan nilai sig 0,157>0,05 dengan thitung 3,972<ttabel 12,706 terhadap pendapatan asli daerah. Pajak Restoran berpengaruh secara signifikan dengan nilai sig 0,024<0,05 dengan thitung 26,867> ttabel 12,706 terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah dan Pajak hiburan tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan dengan nilai sig 0,024<0,05 dengan ttabel 15,290> thitung  12,706 terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah. Dari hasil Uji F ditemukan bahwa secara simultan Pajak Hotel, Pajak Restoran, dan Pajak Hiburan berpengaruh secara signifikan dengan nilai sig 0,028<0,05 dengan ttabel 701,973> thitung 18,51 terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah.

Abstract

Public organizations need to carry out comprehensive performance measurements, considering that the main objective of public organizations is not only the financial aspect but also the service aspect for the community. The balanced scorecard is a performance measurement method that not only emphasizes quantitative-financial aspects, but also non-financial qualitative aspects, so it is very suitable to describe the performance of public organizations. This study aimed to analyze the effectiveness of the balanced scorecard in measuring the comprehensive performance of the Tana Toraja Regional Public Hospital. Balanced Scorecard includes four perspectives, namely financial perspective, customers, internal business processes, and growth and learning. The research method used is a descriptive quantitative method represented by the average value and the frequency distribution of the satisfaction level of each variable for the customer perspective, internal business processes, as well as growth and learning. Meanwhile, for the financial perspective used analysis of revenue growth, comparison of budget and revenue realization, and cost recovery rate. The results showed that the Balanced Scorecard was very effective in measuring the comprehensive performance of the Tana Toraja Hospital

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the comparison of stock prices and volume at PT. Kalbe Farma Tbk before and during covid-19 pandemic. Type of this research used is descriptive quantitative analysis. Data analysis techniques using Paired Simple T-Test with SPSS 25. Based on the results of the Paired Sample T-Test on the stock price of PT. Kalbe Farma Tbk can be concluded that the significance value is 0.733 (p > 0.05). So Hi is rejected, Ho is accepted, which means there is no significant difference to the stock price of PT. Kalbe Farma Tbk, before and during the covid-19 pandemic. Based on the results of the Paired Sample T-Test on the stock volume of PT. Kalbe Farma Tbk can be concluded that the significance value is 0.043 (p < 0.05). So, Hi is accepted, Ho is rejected, which means that there is a significant difference in share volume.

Abstract

This activity aims to provide knowledge and understanding of financial literacy through saving, to foster an interest in saving from an early age so that children get used to saving, as well as to provide examples of how to make piggy bank creations from bamboo. This activity was carried out in the tongkonan using the method of delivering socialization material then carrying out questions and answers, quizzes, and creatively making piggy banks from bamboo. From observations made in the field it was found that there was a lack of attention from parents in guiding children to learn to save from an early age. The results of this activity show change that have occurred in children such as children becoming interested in saving and some of them have started saving

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and identify strategies through the Tongkonan revitalization program in increasing tourist attractiveness in the Kole Sawangan Tourism Village in a sustainable manner. Sources of data in this study were obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the research show that the determination of strategies based on the results of the SWOT analysis in the Kole Sawangan Tourism Village. Determining strategies as much as possible to be able to optimally increase and empower the tourism potential in the Kole Sawangan Tourism Village so that it will encourage an increase in the economic level of the community.

Abstract

Pangala' is one of the Villages in North Toraja South Sulawesi, Pangala' Village, Rindingallo District has 4 Neighborhoods namely, Tanga Tondok Neighborhood, Batan Pa'pararukan, Tondon Pasar, and Tandungallang Neighborhood. In the Pangala sub-district, livelihoods are the main focus of the community so that education for children is no longer given full attention. In addition, the increasingly developing science of technology is also one of the causes of society no longer prioritizing education for children. Therefore, this time the community service is holding a teaching and learning process program in Tongkonan with the method of implementation, namely by outreach to the community and students to invite each other to take part in the learning process with the concept of learning while playing which will be carried out in approximately 2 months. carry out 3 times a week in the Tondok Stairs environment. This work program had a very good impact on students and even parents in Pangala Village where the teaching and learning process ran smoothly and was enthusiastically welcomed by students in following the teaching and learning process with the concept of learning while playing by utilizing Tongkonan as one of the learning supports

Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of employee engagement and job satisfaction on employee performance population and civil registration service in Toraja. The object of this research is population and civil registration service in Toraja. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis,to test and prove the research hypothesis using the SPSS version 22 application. The population in this study is government employees population and civil registration service in Toraja as many as 44 respondents. Research shows that Employee Engagement and Job Satisfaction together have a positive and significant effect on performance. By testing the coefficient of determination, a value of 0,433 is obtained, which means 43,3%. Performance variables can be explained by the variables Employee Engagement and Job Satisfaction while the remaining 56,7% is explained by other variables.
