Abstract

The development of digital technology encourages startups to look for efficient solutions in data management. One technology that is widely adopted is cloud computing, as it offers flexibility, cost efficiency, and scalability. However, there are not many studies that specifically examine its impact on data efficiency in startups in Indonesia. This research aims to analyze how the use of cloud computing improves operational efficiency and data management in startups, while identifying challenges and best practices in its implementation. The method used is a qualitative case study approach involving several startups using cloud services in Indonesia as the main informants. The results show that cloud adoption has a positive impact on accelerating data access, improving team collaboration, and IT cost efficiency. Cloud also provides added value in terms of data security and scalability. Nevertheless, obstacles such as limited human resources and dependence on service providers are still the main obstacles. In conclusion, cloud computing is proven to be a strategic solution in improving data efficiency in startups, as long as it is balanced with organizational readiness and the right implementation strategy.

Abstract

This study explores the role of intelligent algorithms in assessing the financial feasibility of start-up entrepreneurs in Indonesia, employing a qualitative approach with insights from five key informants. Traditional financial assessment methods are found to be limited by factors such as market volatility, lack of historical data, and resource constraints. Intelligent algorithms offer transformative potential, with advantages in predictive accuracy, scenario simulations, and efficiency. However, barriers including technical expertise, cost constraints, and data availability hinder their adoption. A hybrid framework integrating qualitative insights and algorithmic tools is proposed to address these challenges and enhance decision-making for start-ups. The findings provide a practical roadmap for leveraging advanced technologies in the dynamic and diverse Indonesian start-up ecosystem.

Abstract

Green entrepreneurship has gained prominence as a transformative approach to addressing environmental challenges while promoting economic growth. Despite its growing scholarly appeal, the field remains fragmented with diverse interpretations and thematic overlaps. This study employs a bibliometric and co-word mapping analysis to explore the intellectual structure, thematic evolution, and emerging trends in green entrepreneurship literature. Drawing data from the Scopus database and analyzing it using VOSviewer, we identified key authors, collaboration networks, influential countries, and conceptual clusters shaping the field. Central themes include sustainable development, innovation, green economy, and entrepreneurship education. Temporal mapping reveals a recent shift toward educational and capability-based approaches, particularly post-2021. The study highlights the need for deeper theoretical integration, broader regional representation, and enhanced collaboration across disciplines and geographies. These findings provide a comprehensive knowledge map to guide future research, policy formulation, and entrepreneurial practices aligned with global sustainability goals.

Abstract

This study presents a bibliometric analysis of the scholarly literature on innovative entrepreneurship with a specific focus on its integration with sustainability principles. Using data from the Scopus database covering publications from 2001 to 2025, the analysis employed VOSviewer to visualize co-authorship networks, citation patterns, and keyword co-occurrence maps. The results reveal a dynamic and interdisciplinary field shaped by influential contributors such as Audretsch, Acs, and Thurik, with collaborative hubs concentrated in the United States and Europe. The conceptual core of the literature revolves around economic development, innovation activity, and entrepreneurial behavior, while recent trends point to a growing emphasis on sustainability, education, and digital transformation. Overlay and heatmap visualizations demonstrate an evolving research agenda increasingly aligned with global sustainability goals. The study identifies gaps in geographical representation and calls for further exploration of impact-driven entrepreneurship, particularly in emerging economies. These findings offer valuable insights for scholars, policymakers, and practitioners aiming to advance sustainable innovation through entrepreneurship.

Abstract

This study explores the role of corporate entrepreneurship in fostering sustainable business practices aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through a qualitative analysis of five informants. Findings highlight that corporate entrepreneurship drives innovation, identifies sustainability opportunities, and supports risk-taking for long-term gains. However, challenges such as balancing profitability with sustainability, stakeholder misalignment, and resource constraints persist. The study emphasizes strategic approaches, including integrating sustainability into organizational visions, fostering cross-departmental collaboration, and engaging stakeholders to overcome these challenges. The findings contribute to the understanding of corporate entrepreneurship as a lever for achieving SDGs and provide actionable insights for practitioners and policymakers.

Abstract

This study explores the determinants of social and environmental sustainability in new business initiation in Indonesia using qualitative analysis based on insights from five informants, including entrepreneurs, policymakers, and environmental experts. Four key dimensions—stakeholder engagement, regulatory frameworks, cultural values, and resource availability—emerged as critical to sustainability practices. Findings highlight that effective stakeholder engagement fosters trust and accountability, cultural values such as gotong royong align with sustainability principles, and regulatory frameworks offer guidance but face enforcement challenges. Limited access to financial and technological resources remains a significant barrier. The interplay of these determinants underscores the need for integrated strategies to promote sustainability in Indonesian start-ups. The study contributes to understanding how local context shapes sustainable entrepreneurship and offers actionable insights for policymakers and entrepreneurs.
