Abstract

Di Indonesia, masih kerap dijumpai sekolah yang masih menerapkan pengelolaan seadanya seolah-olah profesionalisme belum di tempatkan sebagai alasan penting untuk memasuki dunia global karena adanya sekat dalam pendidikan Islam yang membuat ia semakin tertinggal. Maka tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan terkait profesionalisme pendidikan Islam di era kontemporer menurut hadist dan alqur’an tarbawi. Metode yang digunakan kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis konten dan disimpulkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profesionalisme dalam pendidikan Islam adalah keterampilan berlandaskan pendidikan dan nilai-nilai Islam, tercermin dalam panggilan hidup untuk pengabdian dan penguasaan keterampilan profesi, sesuai dengan ajaran dan sumber islam yang mana tercantum dalam hadits Nabi riwayat imam Al-Bukhari No 6015, lalu terdapat dalam Al-Qur’an surat An-Nisa ayat 58, dan surat Al-Isra ayat 36. Implementasinya mencakup pengembangan profesionalisme di tingkat yayasan, pimpinan sekolah, tenaga pengajar, dan tata usaha, baik melalui pengembangan internal maupun eksternal lembaga.

Abstract

The background of this research is the unrest that occurs in the Islamic education system where the development of unusual understandings from the general habit or what is termed liberal. The terminology of the word means free to make individuals perform actions resolutely without curbing their ability to express themselves. Departing from these roots, this research seeks to fully describe liberalism in the body of Islamic education historically, its role, and its impact on education. The research design used is qualitative with a literature review method through data collection tools consisting of books, journals, proceedings, reports, and papers as primary data as well as the use of credible internet sources and documentation of efforts to analyze them. While analyzing the data using descriptive argumentative analysis.
