Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of educational quality assurance based on four main variables: quality planning, quality implementation, quality evaluation, and stakeholder satisfaction. The research method used is quantitative with a survey approach involving 21 teachers and principals in the Sd Negeri Sepang. The results show that all four variables contribute significantly to the improvement of education quality. Systematic planning, consistent program implementation, periodic evaluation, and stakeholder satisfaction levels serve as indicators of success in building a quality culture within the educational environment. These findings emphasize the importance of integrating the four factors to achieve high-quality and sustainable education.

Abstract

The quality of basic education is highly determined by teacher performance which is not only influenced by individual competence, but also by the principal's leadership dynamics, the quality of team collaboration, and work motivation. In practice, school leadership is still often administratively oriented so that it is not optimal to build a reflective professional culture. This study aims to analyze how the principal's leadership pattern shapes the dynamics of team collaboration and how the process affects the work motivation of teachers at State Elementary Schools in Walantaka District

Abstract

Teacher performance is the main determinant of the quality of learning in elementary schools. Up-to-date literature shows that principals' leadership, work motivation, and professional discipline contribute to the effectiveness of schools. However, most studies still position these three variables as separate constructs in quantitative approaches, so there is not much to reveal how teachers interpret leadership, motivation, and work discipline as meaning systems that shape their performance. This study aims to analyze the meaning of principals' leadership, motivation, and work discipline from a teacher

Abstract

Teacher performance is the main determinant of learning quality in elementary schools, but its improvement does not always go hand in hand with curriculum reform and strengthening of education regulations. Recent studies have shown that principals' leadership plays a strategic role in shaping teacher commitment, innovation, and effectiveness, but leadership practices at the elementary school level still show variations in implementation and impact. This study aims to analyze the transformational leadership practices of school principals and their implications on teacher performance in State Elementary Schools in Curug District, Serang
