Abstract

Pembangunan kesehatan merupakan komitmen nasional dalam meningkatkan kualitas hidup masyarakat melalui penyediaan layanan kesehatan yang bermutu, merata, dan terjangkau. Rumah Sakit sebagai fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan tingkat lanjut memiliki peran strategis dalam pencapaian derajat kesehatan masyarakat yang optimal, sebagaimana diamanatkan dalam Undang-Undang No. 36 Tahun 2009 dan Undang-Undang No. 44 Tahun 2009. Rumah Sakit Aqidah yang berlokasi di Kota Tangerang telah menunjukkan perkembangan signifikan sejak awal berdirinya sebagai Rumah Bersalin pada tahun 1990 hingga menjadi Rumah Sakit Umum pada tahun 2016 dan terus meningkatkan kapasitas serta layanan hingga tahun 2024. Berlandaskan visi menjadi rumah sakit terkemuka dengan pelayanan prima, serta didukung oleh nilai profesionalisme dan kasih sayang, RS Aqidah berkomitmen menjadi bagian dari sistem kesehatan yang berkelanjutan melalui peningkatan mutu layanan dan tata kelola informasi yang efektif. Pengelolaan informasi yang baik menjadi kunci dalam mendukung pengambilan keputusan serta pengembangan pelayanan yang tepat sasaran bagi masyarakat.

Abstract

This study aims to explore patients’ perceptions of healthcare services at Klinik Mata Utama Tangerang Selatan. The clinic serves as a primary and referral eye care facility, playing an important role in supporting the National Health Insurance (JKN) program. Although the clinic operates with a structured system, some patients have expressed a gap between their expectations and the actual services received, particularly in areas such as communication, service flow, and facility comfort. This study employs a qualitative approach using grounded theory as the primary strategy. Ten participants were purposively selected, consisting of active patients who received services at the clinic between January and April 2024. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and analyzed using open coding, axial coding, and selective coding to identify categories and themes that reflect patients’ subjective experiences during their treatment. The results revealed five main themes: the need for clear and understandable information from medical staff, the importance of physical facility comfort in providing a sense of safety and ease, the value of empathetic and responsive service from clinic personnel, uncertainty in service procedures especially for new patients, and expectations for a more orderly and transparent queueing system. The implications of this research highlight the need to improve patient-centered care, particularly in interpersonal communication, streamlined service processes, and the maintenance of patient-friendly facilities. In addition to its practical contribution to clinic management, this study also offers theoretical insights into understanding healthcare service quality from a patient perception perspective through a qualitative approach.

Abstract

To determine and analyze the partial effect of Employee Competence on Employee Performance at Sari Asih Ciputat Hospital. To determine and analyze the partial effect of Hospital Management Information System on Employee Performance at Sari Asih Ciputat Hospital. To determine and analyze the simultaneous effect of Employee Competence and Hospital Management Information System on Employee Performance at Sari Asih Ciputat Hospital. From this understanding, the population in this study is 524 Patients of Sari Asih Ciputat Hospital. using the Slovin technique With this technique, a sample of 84 patients was taken at Sari Asih Ciputat Hospital. Based on the coefficients table above, the t-count value for the Employee Competence variable (X1) is 4.624 while the t-table value for N = 84 is 1.988. So 4.624> 1.988, then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, it can be stated that Employee Competence (X1) has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y). Based on the coefficients table above, the t-count value for the Hospital Management Information System Implementation variable (X2) is 4.961, while the t-table value for N = 84 is 1.988. So 4.961> 1.988, then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, it can be concluded that partially the Hospital Management Information System Implementation variable (X2) has an effect on Employee Performance (Y). The ANOVA test value obtained an F-count value of 263.022, while F-table (◻ 0.05) for N = 84 was 2.71. So Fcount > from Ftable (◻ 0.05) or 263.022 > 2.71 with a significant level of 0.000 because 0.000 < 0.05, then it can be said that Employee Competence (X1) and Implementation of Hospital Management Information System (X2) together have a positive effect on Employee Performance (Y). The Adjusted R Square (R2) value is 0.867. This shows that 86.7% of Employee Competence (X1) and Implementation of Hospital Management Information System (X2) simultaneously affect Employee Performance (Y) while the remaining 13.3% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

Pesatnya perkembangan media digital menuntut jurnalis untuk menjaga konsistensi kinerja meskipun dihadapkan pada beban kerja yang tinggi. Di PT Urban Media Network, terdapat kondisi tingginya tuntutan produksi konten dan ketidakstabilan kualitas hasil jurnalistik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh beban kerja terhadap konsistensi kinerja jurnalis. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik survei melalui kuesioner kepada 50 responden menggunakan purposive sampling. Data dianalisis melalui uji validitas, reliabilitas, normalitas, regresi linier sederhana, uji t, dan koefisien determinasi dengan bantuan SPSS versi 31. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap konsistensi kinerja jurnalis. Koefisien regresi sebesar 0,620 dengan nilai signifikansi < 0,001, serta nilai R Square sebesar 0,393, yang berarti beban kerja menjelaskan 39,3% variasi dalam kinerja jurnalis. Temuan ini sejalan dengan teori Gary Dessler dan didukung oleh penelitian terdahulu. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pentingnya pengelolaan beban kerja secara efektif guna menjaga kualitas kinerja jurnalis. Studi selanjutnya disarankan menambahkan variabel lain seperti stres kerja atau kepuasan kerja untuk memperluas cakupan analisis.
