Abstract

Research to carry out supervision of teachers, school principals and supervisors in the education office using local wisdom values. The specific goal to be achieved is the formation of an academic supervision model based on Hibualamo cultural values, which is a value system that is highly upheld by the people of North Halmahera. The research methods used are qualitative and quantitative, while data analysis is descriptive qualitative and descriptive quantitative. The data collection technique involves assessing documents and asking for expert opinions on their validity. The techniques used in this development stage are quantitative and qualitative descriptive; while the model findings are hypothetical models. The results of developing an academic supervision model based on Hibualamo cultural values include the management functions of planning, organising, implementing and reporting. The academic supervision model based on Hibualamo cultural values is effective in improving the performance of teachers in North Halmahera in aspects of learning planning, implementation and assessment aspects.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the biophysical conditions of the protected forest area of Mount Hamiding: soil, slope, climate and sustainable management strategies. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a qualitative-quantitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation, interview and literature study techniques. The results of the study showed that the biophysical conditions of the protected forest area of Mount Hamiding have slopes from flat to steep, entisol soil types which are newly formed soils with physical and chemical soil properties, while the climate type in the protected forest area is based on climate A and B. Forest and soil damage caused by anthropogenic activities, namely clearing forests to expand agricultural and plantation areas, and illegal logging. Based on this phenomenon, the strategic efforts made to manage forests sustainably, namely to improve the physical and chemical conditions of the soil, are through forest rehabilitation activities with an agroforestry model that aims to improve ecological functions and community welfare because this pattern is a form of product diversification and provides ecological functions for the environment.

Abstract

ABSTRAKMelalui kegiatan ini akan dilakukan penyuluhan dan pelatihan di bidang kehutanan tentang pengelolaan  hutan pada kelompok perhutanan sosial tentang pengelolaan hutan yang berkelanjutan, pelatihan perbanyakan dan serta pembuatan pupuk organik cair sehingga dapat memberikan kesuburan tanah akita dari kerusakakn yang terjadi. Kegiatan penyuluhan dan pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk; 1). Menumbuhkan kesadaran dan pemahaman masyarakat dalam hal ini kelompok  untuk mengelola hasil hutan agar dapat menghasilkan produk yang bernilai ekonomi, sehingga memberikan manfaat ekonomi. 2). Membuka lapangan kerja atau usaha. 3) Meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat dalam mengelola hutan dalalm bentuk agroforestry .4) Promosi hasil atau produk  melalui  media sosial. Metode yang digunakan adalah: 1) metode penyuluhan dengan memberikan pemahaman tentang pengelolaan hutan secara lestari . 2). Memberikan pelatihan tentang perbanyakan tanaman. 3). Pelatihan tentang tentang pembuatan pupuk organik caik untuk meningkatkan kesuburan tanah. 4). Pelatihan tentang manajemen usaha pengelolaan unit usaha/produksi dengan ceramah, tanya jawab dan demonstrasi. Kegiatan ini  dilakukan selama delapan bulan di desa soakonora,  evaluasi kegiatan dilakukan sepanjang pelaksanaan kegiatan, baik sebelum, selama kegiatan berlangsung dan sesudah kegiatan maupun ketika semua kegiatan telah selesai
