Abstract

Each operation in a business, includes schools and colleges, depends extensively on the resources of human resources (HR). To make it possible for employees to contribute to the tasks and duties they perform at the company that they're responsible for, employees must be efficiently handled by the people who handle them. The objective of this study is to better understand and assess the application of human resources management (HRM) guidelines and procedures within the context of educational institutions. In an effort to recognize distinct methods and strategies in human resource management in colleges and universities, the investigation employs the approach commonly used in libraries, particularly includes gathering and assessing appropriate material. Both primary and secondary sources are the two types of sources of information. The results underscore how important the administration of human resources is to the process of learning as an entire. subsequently Also it will be expected that the imperfections and difficulties affecting the Indonesian nation, especially those associated with global competitiveness, could be resolved with efficient recruitment and hiring techniques.

Abstract

Today's education demands effective and efficient human resource management. For communities to effectively manage Today's students' lives are highly dependent on social media, which has both positive and negative impacts on their ability to acquire knowledge. This study aims to evaluate the psychological readiness of high school students in using online social networks, using the psychological preparation method. Two researchers were interviewed extensively to explore their personal experiences using qualitative phenomenological inquiry techniques. The results of the study indicate that peer support, psychological control, and adaptive capacity in facing various obstacles, including harassment and violence, are indicators of students' mental readiness. Adaptive students generally choose inspiring knowledge, have problem-solving techniques, and successfully utilize them. Based on these findings, this study suggests strategies such as improving basic knowledge about technology and conducting psychological management teaching and developing supportive conditions in collaboration with students and their families. The results of this study emphasize the importance of a comprehensive approach to fostering students' resilience to change in an environment of rapid technological advancement.
