Abstract

The Bento Jok Segeri Jaya Sofa business was founded in 1984 which is a hereditary business by Mr. Iwan's family until today. Because, he also opened manufacturing services by visiting directly to places that consumers need. The business he started has also reached out of town to rural areas and villages because many consumers need his sofa making services. And from that business can also help his family's economy. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at Bento Jok Sageri Jaya Sofa. The analysis technique that will be used in this study is a simple linear regression analysis technique. The results found are that the product quality variable has a t-test value of 9.214 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. This shows that product quality has a positive effect on consumer satisfaction. This can be seen from the respondents' answers on consumer quality with a positive Likert scale, the majority of which answered 4 which means agree and 5 which means strongly agree. And the respondents' answers to consumer satisfaction with a positive Likert scale measure where the majority answered 4 which means agree and 5 which means strongly agree. This means that the better the quality of consumers Bento Jok Segeri Jaya Sofa Di Nania, Baguala Ambon District, the higher the level of consumer satisfaction. With good product quality, physical inspection of product feasibility, monitoring and evaluation can be carried out continuously so that there is no decrease in consumer satisfaction. Based on the results of research on the effect of product quality on consumer satisfaction at Bento Jok Segeri Jaya Sofa in Nania, Baguala Ambon District, the following conclusions can be drawn: Product quality variable (X) has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction seen from the results of the t test value of 9.214 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. With good product quality, a physical examination of the feasibility of product quality, monitoring and evaluation can be carried out continuously so that there is no decrease in product quality.

Abstract

The selling price of a product is important for sellers in influencing consumer behavior when shopping, because it can trigger buying interest. The current research aims to determine the effect of price on buying interest in seagull cooking oil at the Indomaret minimarket, Diponegoro branch, Ambon City. This research was carried out using a quantitative, explanatory approach, with data collection techniques using questionnaires measured using a Likert scale and involving 80 respondents. The sampling technique was carried out using a simple random sampling method and using simple regression analysis as a research data analysis technique. The research results show that there is a positive and significant influence between the price variable on consumer buying interest, or in other words, the more affordable the selling price, the more consumers' buying interest will increase when shopping for cooking oil. Abstract

Human resources are the main asset that greatly determines the success of an organization, including public service institutions such as community health centers (Puskesmas). One of the key factors influencing employee performance and productivity is the work environment. A supportive work environment, particularly one that is non-physical, is believed to improve employee job satisfaction, thereby contributing to the achievement of organizational goals.This study aims to analyze the influence of the physical work environment on the employees' job satisfaction at Waai Village Community Health Center, Salahutu District, Central Maluku Regency. The physical work environment examined the relationships between supervisors and subordinates, the relationships among colleagues, communication, and the presence of a supportive work atmosphere. This research employs a quantitative approach, utilizing descriptive methods and simple linear regression analysis. The population in this study consists of all employees of the Waai Village Community Health Center, totaling 52 people. Data were collected through questionnaires and tested for validity and reliability, using SPSS version 30.The results showed that the non-physical work environment has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, with a regression coefficient of 0.498 and a significance level of 0.009 (< 0.05). The R Square value of 0.129 indicates that the non-physical work environment can explain 12.9% of the variation in job satisfaction. This study concludes that the better quality of the physical work environment, the higher the level of employee job satisfaction. Therefore, it is recommended that the management continuously improve the work environment to support employee satisfaction and productivity.
