Abstract

Nutrition greatly influences the growth and development of children who are still in the learning process at school. The habit of snacking on children has become a common habit and is found at various socio-economic levels of society. Snacks whose cleanliness cannot be controlled by the school and which are contaminated with dust and dirt are in great demand by school children. The purpose of this service activity is to provide socialization or learning about the importance of nutritious food for children at TPQ Raudhotul Huda Wangandowo. The method used in this service is using learning methods in the form of; the lecture method is in the form of delivering theory, the second is the discussion and question and answer method, used to test participants' understanding of the material that has been delivered. The results of this activity showed that the students at TPQ Raudhotul Huda Wangandowo were very enthusiastic in listening to the material presented by us. Some students also understand about nutritious food, it is proven that they can answer questions from us

Abstract

ABSTRAK: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1). Dasar hukum Tuntutan masyarakat atas tanah yang dikuasai oleh PT. London Sumatera (Lonsum). 2). Upaya yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat dalam memperjuangkan hak kepemilikan tanah yang di kuasai PT. London Sumatera.Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah sumber data primer dan data sekunder. Metode pengumpulan data yang di gunakan adalah wawancara dan dokumentasi. Dalam penelitian ini tekhnik pemeriksaan keabsahan data yang digunakan yaitu teknik trigulasi, teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1. Dasar hukum tuntutan masyarakat atas tanah yang di kuasaioleh PT. London Sumatera meliputi: 1) Undang-Undang Pokok Agraria No. 5 Tahun 1960 Tentang Peraturan Dasar Pokok- Pokok Agraria, 2) Peraturan Daerah No 9 Tahun 2015 tentang Pengukuhan, Pengakuan Hak dan Perlindungan Hak Masyarakat Adat Ammatoa Kajang, serta 3) adanya Keputusan Pengadilan Negeri Bulukumba Nomor : 17/K/1982/BLK. 2. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan oleh masyarakat dalam memperjuangkan hak kepemilikan tanah yang dikuasai oleh PT. London sumatera ialah melakukan musyawarah bersama dengan kepala Desa Bonto Mangiring agar mendapat titik terang penyelesaian konflik antara masyarakat dan PT. London  Sumatera sehingga mendapat suatu kesepakatan untuk melakukan gugatan ke Pengadilan Negeri Bulukumba dengan dalil gugatan meminta gantirugi atas tanah yang dikuasai PT. London Sumatera.Kata Kunci : Tuntutan Masyarakat, Tanah  ABSTRACT: This study aims to determine: 1). Legal basis Public demand for land controlled by PT. London Sumatera (Lonsum). 2). Efforts made by the community in fighting for land ownership rights controlled by PT. London Sumatera. In this study the authors use qualitative research methods. Data source in this research is primary data source and secondary data. Data collection methods used are interviews and documentation. In this research tekhnik examination of the validity of the data used is the technique of stimulation, data analysis techniques conducted with descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that 1. Legal basis of community demands on land controlled by PT. London Sumatra includes: 1) Agrarian Basic Law no. Law No. 5/1960 on Basic Regulations on Agrarian Principles, 2) Regional Regulation No. 9 of 2015 concerning Inauguration, Recognition of Rights and Protection of Indigenous Peoples Ammatoa Kajang, and 3) the Decision of the District Court of Bulukumba Number: 17 / K / 1982 / BLK. 2. Efforts that can be done by the community in fighting for land ownership rights controlled by PT. London Sumatra is conducting a joint consultation with the head of Bonto Mangiring Village to get a bright spot of conflict resolution between the community and PT. London Sumatera so as to get an agreement to file a lawsuit to the District Court of Bulukumba with the argument of lawsuit requesting gantirugi on land controlled by PT. London Sumatra.Keywords: Community Demands, Land
